Outstanding. To begin: we were quite surprised to discover how difficult it is to find a decent, responsive and professional vendor when it comes to residential fencing. We ATTEMPTED to contact many vendors before we found Rey Huerta at AAAFencePros. It was an eye-opener --- most simply did not return phone calls or emails. In retrospect; it was a blessing because we opted for AAAFencePros and are totally satisfied with the results. Rey and his crew were a delight. There were minor changes we desired as the project progressed and Rey handled them without objection. The product is absolutely first class -- we chose a board-on-board #1 grade Western Cedar w/top cap trim fence and are absolutely thrilled with the result. Having a fence replaced is a major expense. We are so happy we chose AAAFencePros and recommend them without reservation.

Rey was responsive and returned calls and met with us and the neighbors to confirm our fence requirements. Contract was provided. Crew came on the appointed day and time and did the entire job in one day. Since both the neighbors and us have dogs, it was helpful to have the job finished so quickly.

A crew of three showed up as scheduled. Once the job was done I noticed a couple of things that needed tweaking. Rey responded immediately and returned with a new crew a couple of days later. Rey's fixes were much better improvements than the ones I suggested. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely have him come back next year to replace a side section. Job we'll done!

Showed up on time to put in our fence, even though it was raining. Completed in the amount of time they said it would take. Pricing was very reasonable. We share fence with four different neighbors so when another section of our fence needing replacing shortly thereafter, we used them again. Same great service. Very happy with everything. We will use them again if the need arises.

When I called Rey to set up our appointment for the estimate, he was both professional and personable. He was punctual and provided me with a reasonable written estimate within a short amount of time. He was also punctual when he showed up to begin work on the project. He brought two crews so that a two day job could be completed in one because he didn't want my back yard to be unprotected overnight. The crews stayed late to finish the job and did a good job cleaning up and disposing of all of the brush debris that had to be cleaned out of the fence line. Both my husband and I are pleased with the quality of the work performed and the cost. The completed cost was exactly the same as the estimate quoted. I would recommend Rey and his crews anytime.

Rey was great. Originally scheduled the job for Saturday but had to reschedule for the following Monday. They came out Monday performed the work with no supervision and did an outstanding job!!

It was a pleasure to work with Rey Huerta. He has no problem putting in writing exactly what the job entails and drawing up the contract to state everything that is and will be done. That is very refreshing!

Rey met with me at the appointed time and walked the property to determine location and installation issues. He was very personable, had great suggestions, and took meticulous measurements. His detailed and written proposal was professionally provided by email the following day. Rey scheduled the installation and actually began the support post installation a day sooner than expected. The second phase of the fence was completed the next day. A crew of six men arrived on time and professionally installed all components. The fencing looks wonderful, and I am so glad I used this company. No wonder they are rated the best fencing company in San Antonio. They totally deserve to be recognized as such.

These guys do great work at a reasonable cost. Rey worked with me on scheduling and his crew showed up when he said they would and were finished when he said they would be. I will definitely call again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my own friends and family.

I marked N/A for the price because I didn't have any other quotes or prices to compare it to. (The other fence contractor that I called never responded to my call or email.) But it seemed reasonable. Rey responded promptly and courteously. They were easy to schedule with. The crew arrived exactly on time and finished on time. I'm pleased with the work. Clean-up was complete!

The fence between my neighbors' and my property needed to be replaced, so I found 3 providers from Angie's List. When contacted AAA Fence Pros came promptly to provide a bid. While their bid wasn't the lowest, their professionalism sold us. When I called to tell AAA that we wanted them to do the work, they agreed to come the next day...and could do the whole fence and three gates in one day. The next day, Domingo and his crew of 4 came at 9:00...as promised, with all materials. Again as promised, they completed the job quickly and efficiently by 4 PM. I was especially impressed by the three gates they installed. Previous gates were unsteady and not properly hung. But the new gates are now sturdy and secure with sturdy and attractive hardware. Very impressive. On Angie's List they have two coupons for a free walk-through gate. That's not exactly true. The gates cost $187, but the coupon was worth only $75. Three gates were installed, but AAA would accept only one coupon. All in all, my neighbors and I were very pleased with the work, the professionalism, and the efficiency of this company.

They did beautiful work! They showed up when they said they would and they were very clean. They built the fence, no fuss, no muss and they left.

We received several estimates from top-rated companies we found on Angie's List. The scope of work included removing our old chain link fence and replacing it with 425 feet of pre-fabricated ornamental steel fence, including 3 gates, with posts set in a substantial concrete curb. Only AAA Fence Pros described the process in sufficient realistic detail and gave us an informational brochure from the national manufacturer (Ameristar Fence Products based in Tulsa, OK). The estimate was lower than the other bids we received and the proposed timeline was shorter. AAA Fence Pros carefully removed the old chain link fence within two hours and rolled up the usable parts that we donated to our neighbor. AAA Fence Pros used their own bobcat to pull out the old fence posts and to dig the curb channel with their trenching equipment, which reduced the estimated timeline. The employees arrived on time and worked efficiently. On the day of the concrete pour, when the second late concrete truck showed up several yards short for the continuous pour for the curb (not AAA Fence Pros' fault), the employees had enough concrete mix on hand to finish the curb, as daylight ran out. The curb we got, with a high-end finish, was above and beyond our expectations. AAA Fence Pros hauled off the debris and leveled and backfilled the areas around the fence. Many of our neighbors have complimented us on how great the new fence looks.

Rey and his guys were very professional and punctual. The work they did was of the highest quality and I would highly recommend them to others.

Rey provided the estimate within 24 hours of contact. The work started exactly as scheduled and was completed much faster than I expected. The crew was very professional and efficient. In order to install the redundant fence quite a few holly bushes had to be removed but as many as possible were saved. After the crew left the only evidence that they had been there was the new fence. I was surprised that they hauled away the bushes as well as all of the old fence. Rey was available for questions I had related to the utility marking process.

Working with Rey from start to finish was pleasurable. From the initial walk through and estimate to the final walk through. His crew was courteous and professional; best of all no surprises! He was flexible (I ended up adding 38 extra feet of fence, also changed to an arched gate). it was a good size job as I needed 489' of Fence; the two arched gates took a couple weeks to arrive (as I had changed the order and Rey kept me informed of the arrival time). The Fence looks great and all the neighbors have been asking me about the cost (sure this type of metal fence cost more but it requires no maintenance and has a 20 year warrantee. Overall great communication and service from Rey, his dad and their crew. I would highly recommend AAA Fence Pros.

As a new resident of San Antonio we were not aware of all the permits required to have work done on our private property. After speaking with a couple of companies who were ready to build our fence without the mention of a permit requirement, I called AAA. Rey came out and we discussed a possible privacy fence design, but Rey suggested I go to the permit office to see exactly what I would be allowed. I went down and got a better result than expected. The next day Rey came over to measure out the new fence design with a revised estimate. The estimate was right on target competitively with similar fence companies, but after seeing the great reviews on Angie's and speaking with Rey I knew I would hire AAA. His crew began work on Monday morning after Rey carefully marked out the new fence. By Tuesday at 4pm the fence was completed - nearly 400 ft - including 160 ft of 2x12 baseboard on one side to deflect water away from the house. I often peaked out at the crew working to check on them and saw that everything was being measured & leveled as they worked. On Wednesday Rey came out to inspect the new fence and pick up my check. Yup, he required NO down payment. I paid nothing until I was a completely satisfied customer, and I am!

Workers arrived punctually on day one. Removed all of back fence and installed new fence. On day two, they removed and installed side fences and gates. There was only about an 8 hour period when we couldn't allow our dogs out off leash. Site was left clean, and fence looks great. Strongly recommend. We chose this vendor because of Angie's List reviews, and we are glad we did.

Crew worked well together. Cleaned up afterwards. Communication was a challenge as only Spanish seemed to be spoken. But they did everything Rey Huerta (my salesman) said for them to do so I managed it through him. I'm very pleased with the job. It comes with a 1 year warranty but I hope I won't need it. ||My neighbor liked their work so much that he will be getting his fence replaced on 1/23/14 by the same crew.||Thanks, Angie!||G. Bristow

Called a couple of angies list people to estimate, i didnt mind him not coming out same day or next. He was here on day time promised. He also said that yes indeed i need HOA approval, which i did. Honesty, i love that! I could have gotten in trouble! Another bidding company said it wasnt necessary. So great! I felt he was looking out for me. He looked at neighbors adjoining fencing and said what was good and bad and his ideas. Very knowledgable and professional was ready to start earlier than i needed which was great but i had to wait for approval. He sent out two utility marking people and both of them worked for CPS and TWC. His crew was here exactly on time and finished same day with my smaller job, about 100 ft of fence & two gates. Heavy hardware was used and the pickets and work was well executed. Crew was friendly and happy and worked well as a team! They were very hard working! Very happy with AAA his price was hundreds less, and he knew our neighborhood!

First estimate was based on inaccurate footage and did not include Angie's List coupon. When I questioned the estimate the owner rebid (without remeasuring),credited coupon but ADDED AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE for equipment that was not included on original bid! Resulting in minor difference! My fence has a unique problem, which was discussed with the owner. The crew arrived when scheduled, but obviously had not been told about the situation. I had to place a call to owner. He did arrive later. Work was completed on ONE SIDE ONLY. The crew thought that was the end of the job! Crew arrived the next day, in timely manner. They (the crew) ran into an unexpected situation and came up with a solution to the problem without the owner. Crew was great, but owner hard to keep on the job and very hard to communicate with. I had a bid from this company the year prior and was very pleased with the efforts of the representative(not owner) to measure accurately and explain all charges. This is the only reason I called them again. I had to have work completed immediately, otherwise I would never have gone against my better judgement!
