AAA Fence Pros

Worked with Rey. Scheduled a time for him to measure the 3 backyards that were originally to be fenced. Rey arrived on time driving a very clean pickup. (I believe that those organizations that keep their equipment clean and neat will take equal pride in their work.) Rey took measurements and assured me that he would deliver a very competitive bid within 48 hours. Rey did complete the bid timely and at a price that was $12.00 a foot below that of Lowes and $16.00 below that of the home builders price . My neighbor was so impressed with the price that he fenced his backyard as well. Note: Rey wanted no money upfront with payment due only upon satisfactory completion of the project. Rey supplied an outline of his pr object for each of the 4 yards for submission to the hoa review committee.The project was started 3 days after approval with his staff arriving 10 minutes early. The first day, a team of 4 installers arrived and installed the support posts. The posts were buried in 18 inches of concrete ensuring a strong base for the rails. Upon completion of the post install, the yards were cleaned and all trash was removed. Day 2 the staff arrived 20 minutes early, less traffic, and installed the fence. They took great care to place the gates in the proper areas as requested by each party. Upon completion of the installation, each picket was individually cleaned. Wow, what a professional group! Again, the yard was cleaned. The result is 4 very pleased customers. No money was paid per Rey until we could assure him that we were pleased. We would definitely recommend AAA to anyone interested in having a fence installed at a competive price. As an aside, the fence is steel that has been powder coated ensuring that we will not be seeing rust spots as sometimes occurs with wrought iron fencing. We give them an A+!

Workers showed up on time. Hector, the site foreman introduced himself and explained everything they were going to do before starting any tasks. Once that was done they started right in. The job took 5 hours to complete and they did an excellent job! We will definitely use them again once we need to replace the other sections of our fence.

I hate being lied to. Rey Huerta told me they were so busy he would have to keep a guy at the permit office full time, so he asked that customers get the permit themselves. The permit office told me the fence company, AAA Fence Pros, was not on their list of licensed contractors and therefore AAA could not pull permits. When I called Rey back he insisted at first that they were licensed. Then he said maybe it was under another name, Huerta Contractors. Finally, he admitted he was not licensed at all. I could have pulled the permit myself (the permit office said I would then assume responsibility, not the contractor). But if he lied about this, what else is shaky?

Can't say enough about the fantastic job that AAA Fence Pros provided. If we have additional Fencing needs we wouldn't use anyone else. We highly recommend them.

AAA Fence Pros sent out a team of seven workers who quickly removed the older chain-link fence and installed/set posts. They returned the next day and completed the fence framing and adding planks. The automatic door was the same as used when entering gated communities but with cedar planks added and power by a solar panal. The fence and automatic (24' long) gate look amazing and I've already gotten complements from neighbors. The team was very professional and cleaned up all excess material when they left. I plan on having them come out and do more work early next year. Thanks for Fred and Rey for your outstanding work!!

NAILED IT!!! They arrived on time and did a great job. My fence was blowing over and they came out that week for an estimate. I had to book them 2 weeks in advance for them to show up. They arrived on time and just did an excellent job. We reuse them anytime.

From the very first contact, AAA provided excellent service. Fred came and gave a fair and reasonable estimate and a few days later a crew showed up to take down the old fence and build a new wood fence. The workmen were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The most important part is they built a sturdy fence and a new gate that looks really nice and I am sure will add value to my home. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was very pleased by the work Fred and his team performed. He promptly responded to my initial email, came out to visit, provided a free estimate, was responsive to my emails while I was making a decision, setup a time that worked for me, cleared the city permit process and was able to get the work done ahead of schedule. The new fence was professionally put in and appears to be of a high quality. I'm estimating that this fence will last a lot longer than the original installed fence that was put in by the builder. I would use this company again.

Everything from the bid to the fence completion was fast and professional. We love the fence and plan to use this super company again soon. Highly recommend!

Ray and Fred were great! Ray was the one who came out and gave me an estimate. He was friendly and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. We went through the project and he quickly sent me the quote and all the cost breakdowns. It showed each side, (Back, Left, Right, Gates) and was itemized so that i can show my neighbors to try and recoup some of the cost. The crew showed up on the day promised and Fred, the owner, was with them. He went over the plan one more time and made sure they didn't miss anything. I left the house and crew and went on with my day. It took them 2 days to complete the project . I dropped by a few times to check on them. They were very friendly and very hard workers. After they completed the fence i was amazed at the quality of work. The crew had cleaned up all the mess and back filled everywhere they had dug. Now i know it's just a fence but it was very impressed by the final product. It was super sturdy and they even wrapped the metal posts that each gate was attached too in wood. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. It was beautiful and my neighbors loved it. They complimented the quality of work and one even said " I've never seen a fence like this!" Needless to say the neighbor did help me out with the cost so everyone is a winner! I would highly recommend AAA Fence Pros and will use them in the future.

Ray came out promptly to do the estimate for the work done. We were pleased with the estimate and scheduled the work to be done. HOWEVER the rain began to fall & fall & fall, which put his work crew behind schedule. After the rain stopped and his crew got here, it only took them a day and half to complete the work including jack hammering the fence posts. The crew was easy to work with and cleaned up the property. We are very pleased with our new fence and gates.

I wish every project went as well as this one. Alfredo Huerta, who is so, so nice and friendly gave me the bid. We were going out of town for a week and wanted to have this done before leaving. He kept me up to date with possible times and was very accommodating. They were all so nice and kind and did a wonderful job. There were four workers who worked well as a team and worked at a consistent pace. They kept the area as clean as possible. A neighbor with the adjoining fence is very particular and expects people to do a bad job. She had a huge ivy growing on her side of the fence which she wanted to get rid of. They removed and hauled it away for her. They also cut and shaped the ivy in her garden and had her check it out to see if it was to her liking. I had them come out one more time to shave a little off of the fence board against the gate handle. While here, Alfredo checked the fence thoroughly to make sure there were no other problems. He saw one board he didn't like and replaced it while here. I had not noticed the board and may never have. He didn't have to check anything but he did. My kind of guy and company, way to go!

Holy cow - to say that AAA is awesome isn't giving them enough credit. The prices were reasonable, but I selected them because I had confidence in their ability to complete what was a difficult task. The fence I had to match was VERY specific. Mr. Huerta and team did an amazing job. In the space of two days they built and entirely custom fence from the ground up and it is a work of art. The quality of the work and the attention to detail was amazing. TRULY.

If there is such a thing as a beautiful fence...this is it! AAA Fence Pros did an amazing job on the replacement of my fence; so much so, that I can't stop looking at it and admiring the beauty of the wood and the craftsmanship. Fred Huerta patiently answered all of my questions, and he and Rey Huerta ensured that the project went smoothly. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. I even saw them select pickets that looked well next to each other before securing them to the rails. I also appreciate the company's honesty. Fred call me to figure out a discrepancy (in my favor) of the amount paid for the project. We went through all of the associated costs, and determined that I had inadvertently over-paid. They quickly resolved the issue. Having dealt with companies that do not return phone calls or keep appointments, it was refreshing to work with a company that has great customer service, quality products, reliability, and integrity. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I highly recommend AAA Fence Pros.

Fred and his team worked wonderfully, They were aware that we wanted our fence up quickly and worked on squeezing in their schedule despite their crews being a little behind due to all the recent rain. Fence looks great and if I am ever in the need of more fence work they will be the first ones I call.

It went very well. The work was delayed quite a bit by the heavy and persistent rains in San Antonio. Even the day the fence was built they worked around some intermittent rain showers. But the rain was not their fault. I cost was a little higher because I chose to add a little trim to the front of the fence but that was my decision. All told it was a good experience and I would recommend them highly.

AAA was incredibly professional and reliable. The same three gentlemen worked on our fence for both days. They were courteous and extremely efficient. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and highly recommend them to anyone. We compared estimates with three companies and theirs was by far the best not only in price but materials used.

I have to thank Angie's for this one. I was about to sign a contract with another company that was recommended by friends of mine, but after speaking with them I was not completely convinced they were the best for the job. Their estimate was higher than I was expecting and it was going to be just a straight ranch fence from them. I got on Angie's decided to shop around and found AAA. I called them out and met with Rey. He was sharp and asked questions about what I was looking for and came up with a great design that not only included the ranch style fence, but included the iron gates. All of it was within the budget I set. He gave a start date. Called when the date was off by one day and completed in the time he gave me. Fence looks great. It's one of those rare moments you walk away satisfied that you got what you paid for.

Demoed 280 foot of old fence leaving re-useable posts. Did demo and set new posts (about 1/3 of the job) in concrete. Did demo and new posts on first day. Install new fence on 2nd day. Left work area very clean. Volunteered to upgrade part of fence from 4" pickets to 6" with no added cost. This is an excellent company to work with.

Workmen arrived on time . Began removing the old chain link fence. They had schedule two crews to do the work. They were very efficient and timely as for removing the old fence and installing the new wooden fence. After completion of the job, I was not happy with the lock on the back gate because it would only unlock from the alley. I called Fred and explained to him about the situation and he came over the next day and replaced the lock with a more secure one. I am very happy with the work and the quick response of having the lock replaced. It gave me and my family peace of mind. I would refer the AAA Fence Pros to anyone.

I would give this company an A++. Over the past month and a half I have had several home repair projects done and this company is the only one I would recommend. It is so nice to see that a company still knows what customer service means. Fred was quick to come out and give me an estimate, he explained the whole project to me, and once I accepted he has been in constant contact so I never have a doubt where we stood. We had to delay the project several times due to the weather and Fred stayed in touch with me to keep me assured that we would get it done. That is the major problem we have had with other companies- no communication. When we finally had a dry day Fred and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and once again Fred explained everything they were going to do and then they got busy and now I have a beautiful new fence and gates. The crew did an amazing job, you could tell they were a team and knew exactly what they were doing, no one was ever standing around. Once they were finished the clean up was great. As you can tell I highly recommend this company, they brought back my faith in customer service and a job well done!

It went fantastic! I could not be happier with AAA Fence pros. Fred came out quickly for an estimate, and once agreed on job he kept in contact on the date of the job due to the weather being a worry. Him and his team came out, removed the old fence ,hauled it all away and installed my new fence and it looks fantastic! The fence looks awesome and they were so professional and friendly.

It went great! Fred, one of the owners of this family business, came out to estimate and offered explanations and suggestions for the best result. Due to weather, the crew's schedule was impacted as other jobs were delayed, but Fred always called with updates so we never had to wonder about when to expect them. This was a big job. On the scheduled day, the AAA fence crew showed up at the exact time we expected, with all the tools and materials and enough people to complete the whole job in one day. All were courteous and careful with the plantings near the site and they really worked as a team. They had obviously worked together for some time and each seemed to stake out exactly which tasks to accomplish. They used high-grade materials and a construction design that will be sturdy and long-lasting. Fred stopped by to check at the start of the work and the next day. I would certainly hired them again and was pleased to see that our neighbor called AAA to replace his fence which adjoins ours at the property line.

They work they performed was excellent and two workers came out. They did the job in one day and the quality of work stood out the most.
