Fred was a pleasure to deal with and the crew that installed the fence were courteous and professional. They cleaned up the backyard before they left and installed the new back fence and new cross fencing in one day.

They gave us the most reasonable bid/quote of the contractors we reached out to, did the job in two days using high quality materials, and were incredibly easy to work with. Fred is very professional and service oriented at the same time. It was a pleasure doing business with AAA and I would highly recommend this company to any and all my neighbors and family.

Rarely does one hire someone who exceeds expectations. Wow! The entire team was great. They were on time, responsive, professional, and they did a great job. Fred, the project manager was great. Work just as proposed in a timely manner. They were better than I could have imagined.

Fred Huerta was very professional in our meeting to get a quote for myself and the neighbors on both sides of my property. He answered all of my questions and went over all the details of how the job would be run. I decided to upgrade to the Postmaster Steel Posts and I love the finished look with that product. I was also very pleased with the team that came to install our new quality fence - they were able to finish the job in 2 days. I would highly recommend this locally owned San Antonio company and their work. They are a little higher than other fence quotes I received - but I also believe you get what you pay for!

Met with Fred Huerta on July 5th to obtain an estimate to enclose our backyard. This required coordination with our neighbor who would share a part of the fence between our houses. Fred was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining fence options , answered all of our questions and made great recommendations on fence placement and selection. Regarding fence selection, based on the quality, look, and low maintenance we selected pricing for a the Ameristar Montage residential ornamental steel fence in black. Fred took measurements and delivered the estimate and specifications within 2 days, he also included photos of 2 other similar fences that AAA Fence Pros and installed within our neighborhood. The estimate was reasonable, the photos helpful, and Angie's list reviews of AAA Fence Pros were compellingly positive. Once we secured HOA ACC approval we were able to schedule the work within a week. Work had to be postposed due to heavy rains but was re-scheduled and performed as soon as the weather would allow. The work took less than a day and the installation crew was also very professional. I highly recommend AAA Fence Pros.

Working with AAA Fence Pros was a very smooth process. Mr. Fred Huerta contacted us the next day after we left a voice mail the night before. Mr. Fuerta scheduled a visit and stopped the house and after he measured the fence and asked us what work we wanted he sent us a quote a couple of days later. After receiving a couple of quotes from different contractors we chose AAA Fence Pros. The day they started the project the workers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous to my wife and family. The first day they took down the entire fence and posts and installed all of the posts required for the new fence. the second day the workers again arrived on time and again were very courteous. They completed the project in a timely manner and waited for us to inspect the work before they left. Mr. Fuerta came by about four weeks later to inspect the work and replaced a couple of boards. One which came loose because the nails had been driven through and the second looked like it had been broken or was a bad board. Mr. Fuerta and his team did an excellent job and both my wife and I were very impressed. We recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone needed a new fence, especially anyone needing a large fence replaced. First of all , Dealing with Fred as a contractor has been amazing , he should be a role model for what a contractor should represent/be! I knew I had a budget to work with and he was great at working with me. By the way this was my second time having him come out to give me estimates, the first time in 2015. I knew What I wanted to do and what really needed to be done and what would be nice if I could .... So Fres was great at giving me quotes with multiple options and giving me itemized quotes on specifics . Such as if I went with this height it would be this amount or if I just stained the inner part that I will only see and not the whole front / back or cap/trim vs no cap trim . He really went out of his way to give me a visual of the options and what the costs would be. The crew was just wonderful and a power house! They truely know what they are doing and have this down to a science ! The crew showed up on time and first thing in the morning. Fred even called me in the morning to let me know they were on their way. My old fence was down in an hour , and the holes for the posts dug up shortly after. Both Fred and the crew listened to me and did exactly as I wanted in regards to how much I wanted to replace and where I really needed the pricy from; as well as exactly what I wanted removed from my old fence. The crew was pleasant and respectful to the yard and surroundings. They did not leave a mess, and totally cleaned up after themselves. They were even nice enough to remove all the old cement in the ground at my request ; so the grass would grow over where the old post used to be. They even spread the soil that was dug up by the new post sites onto the areas in my backyard that needed the extra top soil due to the slope I have and run off from the rains. I didn't even ask for that , they just knew to do it instead of leaving me a pile somewhere lol. They finished the work as scheduled in two days, including the staining. Once they were done with the project, there were some minor things that I wanted to be done, nothing they messed up on just my personal preference. I even thought it may sound petty to ask Fred to have these minor things done ...Fred was out there the next day to work on the minor things himself with no hesitation . He did exactly what I requested. Fred met with me the following day to accommodate my work schedule. He did a final walk through on project to make sure all was well with my expectations on project. He gave me some important information about the fence and what to look for, what is normal and what is not , and also ha e info about the stain . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and use them again ! Thank you for my beautiful cedar fence, can't stop admiring it !

Mr. Fred Huerta worked diligently to secure a permit as required by our city and despite the city's delays, he was able to deliver the work on time as promised. He not only spoke w/me to discuss the details of the project and materials recommended, but responds to emails within 24 hours. His crew completed their work diligently, silently and quickly to deliver on-time service, and completed a job extremely well done. They cleared and cleaned the area prior to their leaving as well. We love our new Western Red Cedar picket fence, and their professionalism is very much appreicated!

AWESOME! Second time I've used AAA Fence Pros. They are great! On time, and most importantly, they do HIGH quality work. I watched them work today, and they mitered joints, and threw away 25% of the 2x4's and pickets they brought because the lumber was warped, or full of knots! I saw a worker cut a piece of wood, nail it up, and inspect it...then he tore it off because it wasn't perfect, and did it over! Reliable, and most importantly top quality work. Not the cheapest, but reasonably priced for the quality they deliver. Recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone in the San Antonio area. They built my fence with the same craftsmanship that I would have used if I'd done the job myself!

Showed up on time. They took out the old fence and posts and hauled it away. Installed new posts set deeper in ground with concrete. Let it set up overnight. Next morning, on time, built framework, put up pickets, new gate, cleaned up ground. They even put extra boards at bottom of fence where the dog could dig under. They came back in a couple of weeks to replace pickets that had cracked and repair a sprinkler pipe. Very professional. To those who think they are a bit pricey. You get what you pay for. Excellent job!!

The work required extensive diplomacy to accommodate our neighbor's last minute brush-clearing and design changes while addressing our concerns. Fred was courteous and resourceful in pursuing resolution of several issues that arose at the start of the job. The crew was courteous, competent, and observant. They worked carefully around the trees, and were able to preserve our big trumpet vine as well as a few smaller native plants near the fence line. They left without completing a key part of the job but the oversight was quickly addressed. Overall the work was professional and the results are handsome.

I went with AAA Fencing Pros because several other highly rated companies either never called back and one actually made an appointment, never showed up, and then would not answer my calls. You might be able to find a company that works for less but we got great quality materials, very prompt to reply to any communication, excellent work crew and the owner personally followed up with me when the job was completed. The owner said to call him personally if there are any issues with the work.

Work was completed on time and as promised by the contractor. Workmanship and materials were excellent. Work crews were highly professional and hard-working. Of particular note, the crews always cleaned the site after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to use this contractor again and I high recommend AAA Fence Pros to anyone who is contemplating fence construction.

THE GOOD: 1. Fencers arrived a few minutes after 9:30 am. 2. It looks great and seems to be well constructed. 3. The repaired back gate looks fantastic and I am happy that steel posts were used to keep it upright. 4. I am happy with the new 5 foot gate installed at the front of the house. THE FRUSTRATING: 1. The fencers asked if they could use my outdoor electrical. I do not have outlets outside so I used the outdoor light with an adapter. I was later told by Ray that the fencers have a generator they could have used so I was a little annoyed that they used my electricity, but not annoyed enough to complain. Just be aware if you hire them. 2. The fencers installed the smooth boards facing my yard even though the remaining 3 sides were installed in the opposite way. I was puzzled that they would not match it to how the other fence was installed...... 3. For some reason they did not use the locking mechanism that was already in place and instead used a new mechanism that did NOT lock. It made me uncomfortable to have my fence unlocked but the owner was unable to repair it until the next week. STILL NEEDS RESOLUTION AS OF 5/19/2016: 1. The back gate is now difficult to close or open because the locking mechanism hits the opposing gate. I have pinched my hand and fingers more than once trying to open/close it and now that we have had so much rain it is worse. I have to be able to get in and out of the back gate because my trash and recycle are in the back alley. I contacted the owner on 5/18/16 for this to be repaired but have not heard back. I will update my review once the gate is repaired and fully functioning.

AAA Fence Pros performed their job in an outstanding and job very professional manner. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end results. As promised during our initial appointment, they were on time as initially scheduled the day of the job to be performed. Wasting no time they completed the job early in the afternoon, basically they took care of business. Their sales representative, Mr. Fred Huertas, was very professional during the entire experience, from the beginning to the end!! Definitely, I will recommend AAA Fence Pros to friends and Family!!.

We needed to replace a very old wooden fence across the back and one side of our property. AAA Fence Pros was the most highly recommended fence company on Angie's List, so we got an estimate. Our next door neighbor, who wasn't sure about splitting the cost of the side fence, asked us to get an estimate from another company where a friend of his works. We did, but it was several hundred dollars more, which made us feel even better about AAA. We arranged a schedule and the two installers showed up on time. They did excellent work, finished early and cleaned up everything. No one even asked for money until three days later, when we got an invoice and a call from the owner asking if everything was satisfactory. I don't expect to need any more fencing, but if I did, I would use them. I will recommend AAA Fence Pros if anyone asks.

Fred was very helpful and patient. Worked with us on price matching and finding the best products for our price range. Always respectful. I was very impressed.

The two fence installers arrived promptly as scheduled, fully prepared to begin work. They consulted with me first to confirm what was required in placing the fence and where the placement would be. They began digging post holes in very rough ground but persevered and completed the task properly. The fence was expertly plumbed, and installed in less than a day. The fence sections were wiped clean and any remaining matter from digging was smoothed out along the bottom of the fence. What a great job. I am more than pleased with the quality of the fence; it looks great. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail the installers paid to making sure I was satisfied with the finished result. What a great company to work with. Thanks AAA Fence Pros. You certainly are the pros you say you are. Needless to say I'm a satisfied customer.
