Another great recommendation from HomeAdvisor! We hired Tropix so my mom can have a weekly pool service. Flexible billing options, good communication, and responded to the inquiry very quickly. They did the first cleaning this week and my mom said she's very happy with the results! I got an email with the water chemistry results, notes, and pictures of the clean pool.

Started out a little rough with a bad stone contractor but was quickly replaced with a great team of stone masons who did a fantastic job and an awesome crew to put down 100% quartz plaster. throughout the whole process Jake was always available to make sure the work was done properly. Our new pool looks beautiful and adds value to our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tropix for any project and will use them again for future projects. I wholeheartedly trust Jake and team with our home renovation and have made our HOA and Neighborhood aware of the professionalism Jake and Tropix brings to our home projects.

I recently hired Jake and Tropix pool to change the coping on my pool. I've had extremely poor experiences with previous pool companies. After "interviewing" numerous companies for this project, I felt that Jake is the only one I could trust. I'm happy I made this choice! Jake listened to my requests and needs. He never once tried to sell me any products or services I didn't want or need. The project was done in the time frame we requested. The workmanship is top notch. I've dealt with many pool representatives. I can honestly say that Jake has been the best to work with. He's also the only pool company rep I've dealt with that actually follows up with the customers. I highly recommend Tropix Pools. I'm extremely happy with the finished work. More importantly, my wife is extremely happy.

I had a large pool repair project as the pool had lain dormant for 8 to 10 years. Jake was great to work with and his crews were professional an courteous.

When the work was finally finished and we went to use the pool, the light wasn’t working. They claim it wasn’t working before, but we said it was. Then we were told most people don’t want their pools lit at night. Guess we’ll look for another pool company to replace the light.

Updated- all concerns regarding detail work have been resolved. The owner followed through with us regarding our concerns and all were resolved satisfactorily.

My work was done during the busy time of the year they still managed to it it done in a timely manager. Jake kept us up to date with communication. Great Service and work.

They performed weekly maintenance on our pool for years. Zero customer service. We had problems getting my information added to the account when we got married. When we wanted the cracks filled around the pool they came out and did what they called coping but left some cracks unfilled. Apparently, we were supposed to know there was a different type of fill needed when we contacted them and we were supposed to ask for that specifically. They did not tell us until we called back to ask about the remaining cracks. I don't know anything about the pool. That's why we have a service. We recently found out our filters hadn't been cleaned for a year, they took no responsibility. We had not been contacted to remind us the cleanings were due. My husband has already told one of the techs to just do twice a year but nothing happened. After 2 weeks of waiting, I reached out to find out when we were going to get a filter clean and was told they were trying to get us scheduled. Another week plus and we found another company. Surprise. They claim we were on the schedule for that very weekend but hadn't bothered to let us know. We can't afford to have someone come out and do a "job" of cleaning our pool but providing no "service". This is a large investment that needs to be maintained. If something is needed we expect the weekly reports to let us know that, or to get a phone call/email letting us know something is wrong. This was an easy job for them too. We keep a heavy mesh cover on the pool for 8 months of the year.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that Tropix provided. The best part of Tropix was the customer service provided, making sure every detail was covered.
