Outstanding! They did a good job. They followed up through what I wanted them to do. When I called them, they booked a service the following day and they came in right away. He was on time and brought all the equipments needed and put the mount on. I also referred him to my friend. He did exactly the way we wanted him to do in one particular room. I also booked another deal for 199$ for a wall mount in another room and that went really well too.

I would highly recommend Next Gen Audio Video. The reviews are the reason I chose their service and I was not disappointed. I messaged them late at night to ask a few questions and the owner, Lee got back with me almost immediately. Henry showed up as scheduled and was polite and very knowledgeable. My setup was not the norm and Henry didn't skip a beat on coming up with the best solution to accomplish what I needed. Henry went above and beyond what I expected. I wish more companies ran their business like Next Gen. Thank you, Henry and Lee!

They mounted a flat screen TV. They did a great job!

Henry was the installation person and did a fantastic job. He took his time while answering all of our questions regarding mounting options. He went out of his way to explain the process and make us feel comfortable during the process. Additionally Henry offered to come back out and reposition some of the equipment once we make some provider changes indicating he takes ownership in the quality of his work. We felt like we were working with a business owner rather than an uninterested installation tech. Very impressed, thanks Henry!

Next Gen Audio and Video is an amazing company. I found out that they've been in service for a while but they are new to Angie's List. That's why there are only a few reviews. However, I can see this company getting a number of great reviews and awards from Angie's list soon because of their amazing customer service, attitude and professionalism. I contacted Next Gen on a Monday, and Lee answered my phone call immediately. He was polite, friendly and patiently listened to my needs. He also provided his expert advice on how he would wire everything. We wanted the work done quickly on the weekend and he was very flexible in providing a technician on a Saturday morning. I also had some more questions on Tuesday and Lee was quick to answer my call and answered all the questions. On Saturday, Henry, our technician from Next Gen Audio/Video arrived. He arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He got right to work and was great at what he was doing. I could tell that he has mounted many TV's and done quite a bit of AV work by the ease in which he was handling everything. He first measured the area and found the best spot for the TV to be mounted based on the room's dimensions. He also took into account that I wanted to see the TV from the kitchen and made all the necessary measurements before making the wall openings. He made the proper markings on the wall and made openings to rewire the TV for the wall. Then he added the power supply and all the cables and other network wiring through the wall and mounted the TV. Overall it probably took him 30-45 minutes max. Henry not only mounted the TV but also cleaned the entire work area and all surrounding areas to make sure all the dust and drywall was vacuumed. This was awesome because others have left a mess in our home for us to clean up. He also gave me a card with his work and cell phone in case we had any problems. Henry also stayed a bit longer because I asked if he could check out our game room and had any recommendations. He gave some great ideas on how to wire that room and we would definitely be using Next Gen in the future. Henry was professional, skilled and had great ideas on other A/V projects. Thank you Lee and Henry for making this experience a great one. Customer service is everything and you guys did awesome. Keep up the great work. The entire experience was smooth, professional and friendly from the minute I reached out. Lee called me about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Lee and Henry were prompt, super nice, explained everything they needed to do and did a fantastic job! We will definitely use them again when we need Home Audio/Video work done again. We can't say enough nice things about them.

Lee did an outstanding job without damaging or compromising my truck's factory stereo system and electrical system when adding a an amplifier, custom 10" JL Audio subwoofers with box and Whistler radar detector. It has been almost a year and I have had no issues. Lee has also installed a pioneer radio/tuner, 2 amplifiers, 6 speakers, Single 10" JL Audio Subwoofer on my 2010 Sun Tracker Pontoon boat. I constantly get compliments on my truck and boat for sound quality. I recommend Lee for any auto and marine electronics work for stereo and lighting. He is honest, courteous, on-time, and accurate on price/installation every single time of service. I would recommend him to anyone.
