Description of Work: They were nice and responsive on the phone. Our appointment time was set for a week and a half out. We knew the vent was clogged. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly. They cleaned up the mess that came out of the vent but when they put my dryer back the vent hose was kinked. My kids fixed it. |Yes I would use this company again.

Description of Work: In a addition to the windows included with the listed deal, I asked the crew to clean all the windows. Even the small decorative windows look very good. The service is not cheap but they are professional courteous and friendly. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I hired Window Gang Austin through an Angie's List "Big Deal." They were contracted to clean the gutters. As far as I can tell, they did this well, removing the leaves and debris. There was NO damage visible after completion of the work. | |The amount of gutters did exceed the 100 linear foot of the "big deal." The rest was billed at normal rates, as I knew it would. I was a little disappointed that the cost ended out about double, where it was not even 50% more gutters. To their credit, they gave me a full quote in advance, and I approved the work. I'm just mentioning this as part of the total-cost picture. | |They did arrive a little late, but it was within a reasonable time frame. | |Overall, a good experience. |

Description of Work: Powered washed the house. Did not do the drive ways or the patio areas. Fist time they called me 4 times to get the address of the place & then it was still dirty. The owner went out again, but it is still not clean and they have taken the paint off in lot of places. Just had it painted two years ago. Was planning on painting the trim is the reason I wanted it power washed & now I will have to paint the whole building. I have used people in the past for all my other properties and they always did the driveway and the patio areas & the paint was never taken off in places. I don't think I should have had to pay for this but I did.
