Description of Work: cleaning windows 10 panes |The crew came at 9:00 a.m. cleaning first 5 panes downstairs, afterwards 5 panes at the second floor. Those windows are facing the west side and when the sun was showing, there were some small blurry spots. I know, I could have called and they would have returned but I would have had to stay home again and those spot were rather minor.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for the house cleaning. I paid incremental for them to clean my deck - both lower and upper. I thought the price was a little high, but I really needed to get the work done and I just didn't have time to complete. My son was at home when they arrived and while they worked. The work was ok nothing to complain about. However, there were spots that I had to follow up on my own afterwards to get fully clean. The deal was well worth it - my incremental service was not.

Description of Work: I called Window Gang Austin for an estimate on interior and exterior window cleaning and power washing front porch and back patio. They gave me an estimate within 2 business days and the price was slightly better than Clear Choice Texas. Unfortunately, I needed the service done fast and they were booked solid for about two weeks out.

Response from Window Gang Austin
We originally did just the number of windows that were covered by the deal that the customer purchased. After the customer gave this review and was unhappy about some windows, we discovered that they were windows that were not even cleaned by our crew. We went back to look at the job several days later to discover that it was 3 arched windows that were not cleaned (because they were in excess of the deal) - but we cleaned them for her at no cost.

Description of Work: I had called to reschedule the service the morning I was scheduled because there was rain forecasted. I didn't reach anyone, but when the crew showed up they said they would be happy to come back another time. I ended up having them go ahead, though, because they explained that the cleaner they use repels water spots. This was completely true! A month later my windows still look newly cleaned and it has rained several times since my service. Highly recommend.
