Window Gang Austin

Polite, professional, on-time, on budget. My only regret is I didn't have any cash on me to leave a gratuity.

I had a hard water film on one window that didn't come off due to an A/C drain above it. They were not able to clean it off and didn't say what would clean it. I wish they would of been more helpful in that regard. However, alll other windows were cleaned well.

I have used this company once before via Angie's list and both times everything was done to my delight. Professional, on-time, friendly, good price and the work was efficient and done perfectly. What more could you ask for.. I will be using them again

This is the second time I have used the Window Gang of Austin. They are very nice to deal with, arrive on time, and finished within an hour. They removed debris from all gutters and downspouts and cleaned-up any leaves that were on the ground as a result of their work. I will definitely use them again!!

They did all the gutters, including the high roof ones. Initially they missed a segment, but when I identified it they cleaned it without issue.

I didn't know that the cleaner they used was just bleach. After the cleaning the yard and house smelled terrible. Also, they created a small pond in my backyard.

Arrived on time and finished quickly. Excellent job & very polite young men:-)

great - house looks great. They did moving of lawn furniture etc out of the way and then put it back - very polite, pleasant and fast - a pleasure to deal with. I would recomend these guys to anyone

This was one of Angie's Big Deals. The service man was early to the appointment. He vacuumed out a lot of lint and dog hair. He went on the roof and checked to make sure the dryer vented properly. He was polite and efficient, and the whole process was fast.

The gutters was a long time ago and the windows was more recent. The work got done recently. I know that it got postponed a few times and pushed back. They did and that went pretty well. They pushed me out like 3 weeks I guess because of how busy they were and then we just had some miscommunication regarding the scheduling and all that. They did come out finally and the windows came out really nice. They called while they were there to see if I wanted more of the windows because I have 18 windows in total but the Deal only covered 10. I want to say probably a B not just because they didn't do a good job, I think it was more the...how far out...like 3 weeks after the initial Deal, they couldn't come out. Like I said, it got delayed even further. They did a good job on the windows. Overall I am pretty satisfied. And again, some of that stuff probably wasn't his fault, it was communication on both of our parts. They were there on time and I got a call when they were there regarding the job. They were pretty professional. They were in constant communication with me regarding the delay. He was pretty good about keeping me posted on where we were and how to do reschedules. They were definitely recommended.

They called before arriving, as promised. They cleaned off the roof and sprayed some wasp nests. They did a good job in 30 minutes or so. The boys were cheerful and helpful. I would have them back again.

Evan arrived 30 minutes early which was fine with me. He was done in a couple of hours. Cleaned windows look great and brought rain two days later. Windows still look great and now, so does the lawn.

Provider was punctual and professional. Promotion covers only for a 2500 sq ft house. Anyting extra is charged at $0.10 per sq ft

I am very impressed with the professionalism and service of Window Gang. I purchased an Angie's Deal with Window Gang for 129.00. I was contacted within a couple days after and scheduled to have them come clean. The crew was very punctual and polite. They did a very good job though I did see a few small streaks on a couple windows after they left. What I would like to highly commend them for is their follow through with an issue that I thought had been caused by their cleaning, but turned out it was not. A couple days after they cleaned our windows I noticed streaks going all the way down one of our large windows which has a drape over it so I did not notice it right away . At first I thought it was dirt then thought it looked like the crew had rubbed off tinting or something on the window from using the rubber wiper tool. I called Window Gang and explained what I was seeing. They immediately set up an appointment for Zach to come out and check out our window. Zach was very courteous and professional. He was unsure of what the problem was so he arranged for The Glass Guru to come out at their expense to look at it and said they would pay for replacing the window if they were responsible. The gentleman from Glass Guru checked it out thoroughly and explained that it had nothing to do with the cleaning process, but instead with the seal being broken and moisture getting inside the double paned window. The window gets a lot of sun and this can happen with a lot of temperature variations on the window. AC inside, hot sun outside. So The Window Gang was not responsible and I really appreciate their willingness to have it checked out at their expense to make sure of what the problem was and to pay for replacement if they had been responsible. That's the kind of company I want to do business with. And the guy from Glass Guru said The Window Gang is one of only three glass cleaning companies he would recommend in the Austin area.

Can now see the world through cleaned/cleared windows ... accomplished by a crew of punctual, professional, and personable young men. Since we are both basically "home bound" due to health reasons - they gave us back a much better view of the outside world. Thanks guys!

Very timely & thorough, only critical part was debris was not all picked up or blown away from walls & between screen door. Do understand it's hard to control where it all goes & it wasn't that big of a deal. Gutters were very clogged & compacted & they did an overall great job-David

I was impressed with their quick scheduling, but I was very disappointed in the actual cleaning. The workman left a mess behind the dryer and outside. Also, he was having trouble hooking up our vent afterwards, and when he said he was finished, I assumed he had finally figured out how to do it. After he left I looked back only to find that he had given up on using the bracket to stabilize it and not even told me. I would have appreciated honesty in telling me that he simply couldn't reattach it. I contacted the owner to ask what a "safety inspection" should have looked like, and the description did not match what had been done. They immediately wanted to rectify the situation and sent the worker out again. He completed the safety inspection and also cleaned up outside. I appreciated their desire to fix what had not been done correctly.

Two young guys came on time and ready to get to work. They used a snake like tool that attaches to a drill. I actually have one, but mine isn't long enough to do the job. I wasn't sure that what they did would be the same quality as I have had in the past where the actual pipe was removed and brought down to be cleaned with water and any build up removed from the screen that covers the exit point. The guys assured me that it was every bit as effective and that their device would clean the lint out from the top to the bottom. Lint was removed. I know that for sure. I am not sure that I would use them at full price. The price I had was from an Angies List coupon deal.
