These guys (Evan and Dylan) are as good as it gets alright. They just completed the job a few minutes ago, and I am thrilled with their work. I gotta admit -- I'm a little ashamed of how dirty I let our windows get. They arrived on time, were courteous, and worked very hard in 100 degree temps (poor guys), and cleaned up after themselves (no drips on the floors or rugs). Will definitely schedule them again, and next time, I won't wait as long to get the work done. Highly recommended.

Ordered a $99 deal to clean 20 panes of glass. I provided photographs of all sides of my home, additional windows were added to quote based on my images. I also added a power wash of one side of the home where staining had occurred. Total came to just about $210, including the removal of the ugly black stain on my home. Communication with the company was super easy, very organized and professional. The person performing the service arrived within 30 minutes of the time window I had been given and did an outstanding job cleaning all the outside panes of the windows on my 2 story home. He also completely removed the stain (probably 30 sq-ft) from the side of my home. Looks like new. Windows are super clean, all the privacy screens have been taken off and reinstalled. I do recommend this service provider 100%.

There were some scheduling issues, not sure if there were communication issues between Angie's List and Window Gang. After talking to a few people, we finally got something scheduled. Everything went well and had no issues. Would use again.

I called to get an estimate and they were in the area so came and did estimate and the job in the same day. Courteous and did a great job. Very happy with the experience

I bought an Angie's list deal for $99 for gutter cleaning. I have not been contacted to schedule service. I have called twice and left messages both time and have not been contacted for over 5 days now. This company and Angie's list just stole $100 from me. I have written Angie's list and have not received a response. I am very disappointed and angry.

It was okay. They were slightly over priced. Responsiveness was fine. They could be more exhaustive, complete/ detailed. I would use them again in future.

Communication was primarily by email which was ok although was delayed at first for some reason. Technician showed up on time and was prepared and performed an ok job. It wasn't perfect (like new windows) but cleaned up our 20 year old glass.

Nicholas and James showed up a few minutes early. They introduced themselves and got to work straight away. They were quick, professional and personable. Their cleanup was much better than mine. I expect to be calling Window Gang again for the spring cleaning of my gutters.

It was a little bit more because there were more windows. It was almost close to $200 because of the additional windows. What happened was that they came out and unfortunately, I was not there. So, I told them to go ahead and do the work anyway. That was probably a mistake because the crew that went out there, did the cleaning part, but were very careless with the screens. They could not fit them back correctly on certain windows. One was a second floor window. They just weren't taking their time. So unfortunately, when I came home and found that out, I had to go back and fix some of the screens myself and put them in correctly. Of course, I couldn't reach the one that was on the second floor. Once I was able to pull it down, it was broken. When I called in and spoke to Sean, who is one of the owners, she was very personable. But unfortunately, whoever was actually doing the stuff, it turned out they had to take my screen. They tried to fix it themselves, couldn't do it, and then ended up having to send it out to be fixed. They came back and apparently, it was wrong. All of this stuff took maybe a month and a half, to get my screen back and put on the house. It was a long time. I had to call and followup. Overall, it was carelessness that caused it and then, it was really too long of a process to get it rectified. She was very helpful and tried to be cordial about it. But, overall, it was a 'C' experience. The windows look fine. They could have gone out and bought a new screen, in the time that it took to do all that. Considering I was selling the house, that was a problem. The workers who were there, could have not taken advantage of the fact that no one was there and took the care to put the things back on correctly. I'm assuming they were trained. If they weren't trained, then that's on the ownership to use trained people who know how to put screens back on properly. That's what they could have done. They could have done that correctly and then, when it came to rectifying the solution, it has to be in a timely fashion. It took too long. I did end up paying $200. They did discount $50 from it for this mess up. The lady who was trying to take care of it, tried to do the best she could to mitigate the situation. I just don't think there was a lot she could do about it. They were on time to do the job.

getting the house ready for sale, we had all the windows, window railings and screens cleaned. unfortunately they did not clean the screens for some reason, probably because we did not have them returned. The windows however were sparkling clean. They had a multiple-pass process where an initial thorough clean was done, then checked by a more senior member of the crew, then redone to the owner's satsifaction.

Did not appear to remove the exterior vent cover when cleaning dryer vent. Exterior vent cover full of lint. I had to clean it myself.

Did exactly what they said they'd do and did not try to upsell any products or additional services. They were in and out in around 30 minutes.
