Description of Work: They cleaned all windows, inside and out, on a one-story house. That was scheduled. When I requested a pressure washing of the back concrete patio and the front wood deck, they agreed to do that, also, while still on the premises. That was fabulous. The screens had a tiny bit of debris left on them, so I gave the Window Gang a "B" for quality. I also thought that there might have been a bit more bending on some screen frames, after the window washing was done. Overall, I gave them a grade of "A"! Thank you, Window Gang. Description of Work: I didn't realize that they wiped each window with cleaner. Because of that they could not clean one window with burglar bars. The crew were prompt, very, very nice, and accommodating when I had to reschedule.

Ma'am, I am sorry that your service was not performed to the standard you expected. It was nearly 2 years ago that we performed that service, so I am at a loss for details. Since you didn't provide any details I am not sure how to even address your concerns. I will, however, mention that Window Gang is under new ownership, and has been for about a year. If you would like to contact us I would be happy to discuss your concerns, and work out a plan to make anything, that may still be lingering, right.
