They did show up when they were supposed to. They were professional and courteous. They did everything they said they would.

They did a great job but they were a little expensive based on quotes I received from other companies. They responded quickly & were able to start the job the next day following my call. They showed up & were very professional.

We have Window Gang come out twice a year to wash our windows and they are very polite and on time. I would gladly refer them to others. I feel that they are competitive on their prices, as well.

Overall satisfied. They provided a quote on Monday and were able to come out to do the work on Wednesday. The work was fine, but a couple complaints. First, they told us screen cleaning was free when they gave our quote. They then tried to charge us $30 for it. When we pointed out that our original quote included it, they removed it from the charge. Second, although they did a good job, they didn't finish cleaning up. They left both of our houses unwound in the lawn and they left a cleaning rag in the backyard. Again, not a major complaint but I always like the job to be completely 'finished'.

They were extremely polite, professional and the price was far below other companies. They were clean and worked well within our home. They communicated well, and worked for our satisfaction. We would definitely use them, again.

Window Gang only sent one person, but he did a great job. He arrived when he said he would and finished the job. The gutters had not been cleaned in two years and were full of gunk, but they did not charge extra.

They arrived early, wasted no time getting to work, and the quality of their work was A+. The gutter cleaning was added on at the last minute because I asked them to check the gutter conditions while they were up high (not knowing whether I needed gutter replacement or just a cleaning). I could not be happier with their work and, in fact, have already contracted for them to come back at this same time next year.

Very professional and courteous. Were able to get us a quick appointment. Cleaners were on time and did a great job. Price was fair for the number of windows cleaned. I would definitely use them again.

I thought things went fairly well with The Window Gangs cleaning crew. They made everything nice and sparkly. I just wish they could have done it all at a much cheaper price. Besides their pricing, I cannot complain too much. Like I said, they did a great job and nothing went wrong at all, so yes I could see myself hiring them again.

I enjoy the type of work they do and feel that they are very professional. The only complaint I have is that when they were coming out they were only sending out one guy to do all this work and it was taking him from 9:30am until 5:30 pm. To finish the job. It was kind of like I was spending my whole day at home watching this man. I did mention it to them and they had someone else with the guy the very next day. After that it was no longer an issue.

We have been totally satisfied with the Window Gang. They have done a terrific job with cleaning our windows and we will continue to use them. In addition to our windows, we've had them clean our gutters and power wash the wood around our home. They were very professional, polite and they were just a great group of guys to work with.
