Window Gang Austin

We were prepping our house for sale so we wanted to get our solar screens removed and the windows cleaned. The owner of Window Gang Austin lives down the street from us so we see him drive by all the time in his pickup, so they were the first name that came to mind. We requested a quote and they provided one for exterior only or interior and exterior. We opted to go with just the exterior and were able to use an Angie's List discount. When it came time to schedule the service they provided several convenient options and always responded promptly to all communications. The guys that did the windows were very punctual, and they did a great job! The windows were super clean and they not only removed the solar screens but also cleaned them and arranged them very nicely in our garage against one of the walls. I had no idea our house could be so bright - the windows let in so much more light now that they are all clean and nice! I would definitely recommend the Window Gang!

It went great. They were very prompt. They were here when they said they'd be. They're very courteous. The work was fabulous, the windows are spotless. They did it by hand. They're very conscientious. The communicated well and knew exactly what they were going to fo. They informed me about the products they used.

These guys are awesome. Two men showed up exactly at the time agreed on, worked without stopping for six hours. My windows and screens look great. Price was competitive with a bid I got from another service. I would recommend to anyone.

These folks were great! When we called for an estimate they based it on the square footage of our house. It turned out we only had about ten feet of gutter around our front door, which we didn't realize until they got here. They did it anyway, and only charged us $10!! In addition, part of the gutter was not attached properly and the gentlemen were kind enough to do their best to reattach it. They were incredibly nice and truly went above and beyond.

I called them and received a call back that evening. They came the next day to clean the gutters and then on Friday they did the pressure washing. They charged me $95 for cleaning the gutters and $450 for pressure washing. They did a good job and I will use them again.

I plan on having them out at least once a year and I have difficult windows to reach!

They are wonderful and we are very happy! We have a porch that is enclosed on three sides and we have plastic drapes that hang on the fourth side and they also clean those drapes beautifully.

They do a really great job! They always let us know when they are planning to come by and they do a fast and good job.

The work was fine. I know I had tried another service and they had not come in a timely manner, but Window Gang came on time and they did a great job. I also think they are reliable. I would definitely use them! I think they are reasonably priced.

It turned out good. They did the whole house, upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside. I am happy with their service and they do a good job. I have a contract where they do the downstairs every 6 months and the whole house once a year.

They did very well. They do it twice a year and for the last few years. They show up on time and do a good job, and the price is reasonable.

They did a great job! They cleaned some exterior windows that were very high (2nd story) and also some skylights inside and outside. They were prompt and were here when they said they would be, and they also honored their quote. We were pleased with them!

The Window Gang did a great job! The showed up as scheduled, completed the work in a very timely manner. The guys that performed the work were very polite and prfessional. Their pricing was right in line with the other quotes that I received. I will not hesitate to use them again!

We were pleased with the quote process and the overall cleaning. We noticed that one of the gutters was still clogged after they left. We called them back and they returned promptly to re-clean it at no additional charge.

Just one call gets the ball rolling. Appointment was made, they came out on the agreed date, and payment was made at that time.

The work was performed efficiently and was completed in about three hours. The team was polite and responsive. Furniture was moved where appropriate and replaced.

They did an excellent job. They did both the inside and out. They did a great job. I really like them. They're very responsible, and very quick. They came out and gave an estimate and then later on the other guys came to help him finish up. They were all very polite and very professional.

We live in a 99 year old historic home in Old Town Georgetown and are very picky about who we allow to work on the house. Greg was very personable, professional and accomodating. He and two workers showed up on time at 8:45 and stayed working on site until 4:40. They began with the roof cleaning and it came out immaculate looking new. Greg did the dryer vent cleaning and removed a significant amout of hair and lint. He uses a simple but unique system that is very effective. Next he cleaned all out inside windows while the other two tackled the very dirty outside windows. Every job was done professionally and well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the pricing. All workers were pleasant, communicated well and I had absolutely no qualms having them around my home. Great job and we plan to use them yearly as our old pecan trees are very messy and will continue to mess up our roofs.

Window Gang was initially my second choice for doing this work because I scheduled a company my neighbor had used and recommended. When the other company failed to show up or even call on the day scheduled, I contacted Gary with Window Gang from whom I had also received an estimate. I explained that we were under a tight schedule because of getting ready to sell our home and Gary scheduled us the next day. The crew from Window Gang (Chris was the leader) showed up on time, and were very professional, courteous and clean cut. They worked non-stop removing window screens and cleaning inside and out of the windows and also pressure washed driveway, sidewalk, and front and rear porches. Pressure washing the fence was a particular challenge because they could not use their normal cleaning solution since we had just laid new sod. On Saturday, Greg called to see if we were pleased with the results. I explained that the windows and pressure washed areas looked great but that I thought the fence should have turned out better even though the normal cleaning solution could not be used because of the new sod. He immediately offered to come back out to pressure wash the fencing again and if we were not satisfied would refund that portion of the charges. The fencing responded well to the second cleaning and looks as good as we could have expected. We were very pleased with the results and professionalism of the Window Gang staff.

Showed up promptly at time promised and began work. Due to a scheduling snafu, another service provider was installing outdoor lights along the eaves of the house. Window Gang worked around the other service providers without a complaint. Windows look great. Areas that I pointed out of special concern for power washing met or exceeded my expectations of outcome. All black mold along window sills gone and long front stair way looked like new!

Window Gang came on time and worked very diligently to clean and make every window in the house sparkle. After they had finished inside and outside they made a "walk around" to see if there were any spots they missed or any streaks. There were only a couple and I thought they might just let them go. No way, they went back and did all the touch-ups whether they were easy to get to or not. Perfection. I forget how much of a pick-me-up it is to see the bright spring greens and flowers again through our windows. Brings the outdoors in. I'd get these guys again, hands down the best around.

It was very good. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and the completed the job at the price they quoted.

LOVED that they got the dark stains off the front of my limestone home. Previous cleaner was unable to power wash off. This crew broke out the scrub brushes and bleach and worked by hand until I was happy with the outcome. It seemed to take longer and I didn't get charged extra. THAT is service! I love how clean my home looks now. THANK YOU Window Gang!!

They always fit me in their schedule. They always do exactly what they say. You can't beat the price. Offer exterior and interior cleaning - although I always get exterior only. I have a big home, impossible for me to clean the upper windows. Don't know what I'd do without Window Gang. I highly recommend!
