They were prompt, professional and used time efficiently. The debris however, was not completely cleaned up until i pointed out the mess left on the patio furniture and on parts of the roof. Some leaves were left overhanging the gutter until I pointed out the oversight. It is always good to check out the work when they are finished. Or think they are. Because they were very pleasant and did what I asked, I would hire them again.

They did a gutter cleaning and did a very fine job. We discussed when it should be done again and what the status of my gutters were.

I had them scheduled for first thing in the morning, as I had other work being done that day also, and the pressure washing needed to be done first. When I scheduled the appointment I stressed that I needed to be done EARLY because of this and I was assured that it would not be a problem. I called shortly before their arrival time to confirm and was told that they were running behind, that they had to do another "real quick" job and they would be there shortly. They arrived 2 hrs past the scheduled time. Their lateness caused me to have to cancel one of the other projects that I had set up for the day (I'm a teacher, was on Thanksgiving break, so was trying to get as much done as possible, in a short time.) I felt bad about being fussy with them as they were two young boys and probably had no say over the order they were told to do their jobs in. However, after they had left, I saw they really had not done a good job (dirt and leaves were "blown" up onto the front door area by the water pressure, and left there) and that they had also taken my hose off in order to use theirs, but left mine laying on the ground instead of hooking it back up.

This company was excellent. Communication was clear and prompt. They arrived on time and cheerfully cleaned the chosen windows (which were on the second floor) thoroughly. They did a great job,

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for gutter cleaning. The Window Gang contacted me promptly after I purchased the Big Deal, and they accommodated my schedule. The person who did the work arrived on time, which is a miracle in itself. He removed a bird's nest from the gutter and debris in a downspout from the bird's nest. He also checked the remaining open gutters and blew leaves off the covered gutters. They did a great job in scheduling, arriving on time, and performing the work. I will use them again.

they cleaned the windows. unfortunately, they were not allowed to open the frame. they told me this at the outset and said they would get me a refund if i didn't want to go ahead with the part they could do. they were very helpful and did a good job with the rest.

They send me 2 nice and professional guys. The windows looks great. customer service was excellent by far this is the best service I have from Angie's list. Price was the best in Austin. I will call this company again!

Cleaned gutters. Deal was for 100 feet but they did them all for no extra - very nice. They were really fast also. They cleaned everything up so that I never knew they were there. They even blew off my patio for me! Both guys were very nice & professional.

Matt from the Window Gang arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning out our gutters. He also gave me information about other home maintenance services that they provide. I expect to hire Window Gang again for window cleaning in the future.

It turned out good. The work was done on my rental property so I did not see the workers. They did a very good job and it looks nice. They were punctual and got the job done when they said they would. I would recommend them.

Went well - my only concern is that quite a few shingles were on the ground after the work. I spoke to the worker who assured me that theses were from the gutters (??). I am not able to walk the roof myself. My visual from the accessible windows did not show torn or missing shingles.

They were okay. It was just okay, not anything special. I had to point out a lot of areas that they missed. They came out within two weeks. They were on time.

They were 20 minutes late for the appointment, but the two cleaners did a good job on the inside and outside of my home's windows, as well as the screens. They missed cleaning the inside of one window and left water marks on a number of sills. Overall, they were fast, efficient and people/pet friendly. I would use the service again, but I would supervise the work a little more closely as it was being done.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. I have only good things to say about them. They came a little early and by the time I came home they had washed all the windows outside. When I was checking their work they were all willing to double check or double clean if I had doubts about something. They were very friendly and hard working.
