I don’t recall there being any troubles with scheduling and there were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. It was simple process and worked out just fine.

The gentleman who came did an excellent job and the work didn't take very long. He was able to come at a time convenient for me and everything went really well.

Okay, but they asked for extra for hard water deposits. I bought an Angie's list deal. However I had gotten a quote from them for the whole house which did not list extra for hard water before I bought the deal. It was less than a month between the quote and purchase of services. I even showed the cleaner the previous quote that did not have the extra charge and still had to pay for the hard water cleaner they said I needed. I don't think I would have minded if it had been in the original quote. Did reschedule, first scheduled day was rained out. But took awhile to get back in.

Window Gang replied very promptly, but we need someone to fix and clean our gutters. They do not do any repairs as part of their service.

My experience was pretty good. Scheduling was good. Their service and work turned out great.

Very professional and friendly, arrived right on time. There was rain predicted for that day and I called owner and expressed concern. He said if it rained later that day they would come back and do the outside of any windows that got messed up. They did an excellent job and as it turned out, even though it rained, the finish they used on the window prevented rain from leaving spots. Have used them before and will use them again.

We have a large ranch style house with tons and tons of windows. We had a quote in 1 day. While the quote was more than I originally expected, when I shopped around it was definitely in the correct price range. I waited a few weeks so the windows would be clean for a family get together. The widows were spotless. I wish the window track at the bottom of the windows had gotten a little more attention but they were much improved. I would use them again and now my windows shine when the east sun hits them instead of showing me the dirt.

They did a very good job - arrived on time, checked their own work, left everything in same place as when they arrived. I am very pleased with the work they did and recommend them to anybody.

We are going to use them. We got a good quote from them. We are going to do their continued service where they would come out every spring and fall. The quote was very reasonable. They offered us a discount for doing spring and fall service.

Personnel were very pleasant and polite. They explained that one window can no longer be adequately cleaned due to leakage between panes. They also brushed all the screens. I would consider using them again. I have used another Big Deal provider in the past and this company was much better in terms of results.

I spoke with a man over the phone and asked him to do more work than the deal offered. However, it was not communicated to the crew and the crew should up completely unprepared. The crew was on time and did what I paid them to do. I was pleased with the service.

They did what they said they were going to do and it worked and it was great. I wouldn’t just rave about them but they did well. The job went fine. I made an appointment but I had to wait a couple of weeks before they could come out because they got a lot of response from the deal. They arrived when they said they were going and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. They left some of their tools behind and I guess it was the owner of the company that called me to arrange to come by and pick them up and it wasn’t any bother for me but it was a big bother for them. They left the floor dirty between the door and the laundry room and I kind of thought maybe it would have been good if they had cleaned that up but they didn’t make any effort. The price was good. It was half price with the deal. The dryer works a lot better now and the air comes out. They were responsive. They couldn’t come as soon as I’d hope but that was because they were so busy and that’s a good thing so it’s okay. They were very punctual. Their professionalism is not their strongest points.

It turned out well. It was fine. They did a good job. We had more windows than the deal encompasses so we had to pay more than the big deal price but we expected that. The experience was all good. I do not think that there was any bad thing there.

It was fine. They came out to provide the service maybe a week after we purchased the big deal. The work that they did was perfect and they were fine.

They did a really good job. I thought they were very reasonable. The guy came a little earlier than I had expected but that was fine because I had a lot of time for him to come. He was very polite and very professional. He used his little booties. I like the Big Deal and I have used them before.

Theirs service was excellent. They were prompt, professional and hard working.

Went very well. The guy was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the muck in one of our window screens to be from the exterior of the house. He power washed it with a solution that would clean the fungus and prevent it from coming back.

My windows have not been this clean in the 30 years I've had them Kudos are due to the Window Gang.

A very thorough and competent job. My only complaint is that one aluminum screen frame was bent during its removal from the window frame.

I was very pleased with this company. Everyone was polite, punctual and professional. I hadn't realized how dirty my windows were until after they'd been cleaned. Now they sparkle. I will definitely use the Window Gang in the future.

The serviceman arrived on time, and began cleaning all 15 inside widows. He then moved outside where he removed all the screens and cleaned all upstairs and downstairs windows. He was very thorough and polite. The windows look splendid and we now have a clear, gleaming view our the windows of spring. Great service.

Two men arrived exactly on time in their truck. Put on protective slippers over their shoes and set to work on the inside of the windows. When they finished the inside of the house, they worked on the outside - the windows are sparkling clean!
