He showed up with his lawn blower a day after it had rained. When he was using the blower in the gutters, this black goop was flying eveywhere. He was done in 10 minutes and started to leave. We asked him to hose it off. He did a half job and left. We were very dissatified with their work. He left such a mess.

Two very nice young men came and cleaned the windows. They showed up exactly at the time they told me they would be there. They did a great job.

Went well. There were some difficulties, including locating exit vent. But the young man was persistent and professional. He even carefully cleaned the area when done. I later worked with the company to wash windows and they did a nice job. We have older storm windows and they were not easy to work with. We especially appreciated that they called problem areas to our attention.

They were fast but not thorough. Did not ask if I was pleased with job when completed. After they left I found some streaks and fingerprints after they left. Did not wipe down the window sills which I would have expected, especially the ones that require a ladder to reach. Did not clean the screens. Overall it was just an o.k. job.

They were very pleasant, professional and on time. They did a good job. I thought it was kind of expensive.

Prompt response to inquiry. Arrived as scheduled; cleared all gutters of debris and roof debris removal was included. Very professional crew quickly took care of the job. Had to remind them of one gutter in the back of the house--they gladly returned from the truck and took care of it. Work was completed on our 2 story house.

They doubled the price on doing the gutters. It was too much high pressure. They did a good job. They were here for a very short time for $180 worth of work, less than an hour. Two people came. The cleanup was fine they did spray our windows but had them cleaned recently.

I purchased one of the big deals from this company. They were prompt in replying to my request for scheduling and gave me my first choice. In their initial contact, they mentioned other services available and asked that if I wanted them. I told them not at this time. The person they sent out arrived promptly, and was very professional. He performed the vent cleaning and mentioned the other services they offered, but did not pressure me into purchasing immediately. He did give me a written estimate for window cleaning and based upon my experience with the dryer vent cleaning, I would likely use them again. To sum it up, Prompt, Professional and courteous everything I look for in a Service Provider.

They did not charge anything over the $59 of the big deal. I chose them because they had some good reviews, and I would recommend them also. The price was good. The quality of service was great, and they were very tidy and clean. They were very responsive, and came out shortly after I had purchased the big deal.

The scheduling person was great! I was renovating a house and she worked with me to get her crew to accommodate the contractors. I am very appreciative of her flexibility and her responsiveness.

It was drizzling when they came, but they did a good job even with a little drizzle.

Matt and Justin did a superior job in cleaning out my vents. They verified themselves by producing identification. When they came inside they put on booties to protect my carpets and to ensure outside dirt and allergens were not brought into my home. Once they got to the laundry room they pulled out my dryer and vacuumed away the lint and dust that had accumulated behind and underneath my dryer over the past eight years. Justin removed the hose from the dryer and the wall and vacuumed it clean then ran their snake through the pipes cleaning them. Matt went outside to the vent there and cleaned out the vent there. The entire process took approximately 45 minutes.

They were only at my home for a little less than an hour. They did a great job. I was a little concerned because most dryer vents are only about 3-4 ft to an outside wall, and mine's much longer. He went up onto my roof to clean my vent, which is 25 ft long. A lot of lint came out and I'll be calling them in the future.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was fine. They just showed up, did the work, and they were gone. Nothing stood out about it. The work was fine. With regard to price, they are fine.

It was raining the day they came out but they persevered and got the job done. They missed a couple of spots, that's the only reason I gave them a "b" on quality , but to their credit, they were working in adverse conditions.

They came, they cleaned the windows, and they did a good job. All in all, it was a good transaction. They got back with me quickly to set up the service.

They came on time, did the job in a professional manner and in a short amount of time. I was able to schedule the appointment in just a few days in advance. I did not rate the price because I used an Angie's coupon and did not compare the price with other service providers.

The guys were prompt and efficient. They came the day before to wash the windows on the inside. The technician was quick and efficient and he was very careful when moving objects away from the windows. Everything was put back into place and I thought he was very careful and detail oriented. They spent 3 hours on the outside and took extra time to use a different solution to try and remove what looked like stains. It turned out the paint had simply worn off in certain areas. I was hoping the power wash would be sufficient but it looks like the house simply needs a new paint job. Now it's nice and clean and ready for paint. I think they did a really nice job.

Followed up on phone to see if we were happy and wanted to schedule more.
