It was a fine experience. They didn’t include any cleanup, but I didn’t ask about that either. They did blow all the debris into a pile, and I was able to clean it up. They sent one tech and he was there for about a half hour. They did a good job and it was very affordable.

They responded quickly, scheduled service for the next day and completed the vent cleaning effectively and promptly.

The worker came 30 min early, did his job smoothly and went back. All went good. We asked him to estimate window wash. He did it for us before leaving our house.

The window Gang were on time and very professional. They came on Wednesday to power wash our home and then Thursday to clean our windows. Our house is two story and has about 30 or so windows that needed to be cleaned. The house was built in 1894 with the original glass still intact on most windows so they were very careful. There was only one window that I feel they could have done better but it was in a very difficult place to reach. I would highly recommend them and I have asked them to put me on a yearly schedule.

Everything was fine. They were professional. Punctuality was okay.

Window Gang gave me great customer service by allowing me to use toward window cleaning the gutter-cleaning coupon that I had purchased last fall. Turns out my gutters don't really need cleaning and I very much appreciate Window Gang's flexibility to let me use the coupon for a different service that I did need. They arrived on time and were efficient and did a nice job. I'll call them the next time I need either windows or gutters cleaned.

Went well. House looks good. I neglected to print voucher and my wife didn't have my password. Next time I'll know to print them out. I didn't think of this as I imagined in system.

It was just fine and they showed up early. They got the job done in less than one hour. They sent 2 people out to do the job and the scheduling was fine.

They did an OK job, but it wasn't perfect. Good deal for $149. There is still some dirt on my siding. I can live with it.

My experience was great. They were very communicative with me and kept in touch with me. They were quick to respond to me. They were also very quick on the job. I plan to use them again in the fall.

Very nice. Did a good job. Ended up costing more than Big Deal because of square footage. Had to schedule pretty far out.

The provider was prompt. He cleaned the gutters and disposed of the leaves, leaving the area clean.

I was very pleased with their service. They were friendly and easy to talk to. listened to what I I wanted and cleaned up when they finished.. Would recommend them to others and wlll use them again.

I wasn't here when they completed the work, but my husband didn't have any issues with them. Furthermore, the windows looked great when I returned home.

The original contract was for cleaning the gutters and cleaning the roof debris. The roof cleaning was very minimal, they didn’t clean the gutter downspouts, and paid no attention to the position of the gutter, making them less effective during a rain. On a positive note, they did clean our windows that are unreachable without a special ladder (two bedroom and one bathroom window). The two crew members were clean and friendly. They presentation was pleasing, but the performance was sub-par.

They arrived on time and did a great job. I recommend then and will use them next time.

The Window Gang was great! The two young men were prompt, polite, and professional. After the washing, they walked the property with us and showed us what had been done. They pointed out wasp nests they had spotted, and fire ant beds that had accidentally discovered personally. (Ouch!). They also provided us with an estimate for gutter cleaning and window washing. Prior to the appointment, I was in touch with Shawn, the scheduler. She was an absolute delight to work with. We will definitely use the Window Gang in the future.

I first called the company to get a quote. The woman on the phone gave me a price of $143. It was $99 for 10 windows and $8 a piece for my outside lights. They came in and started the job. They started at different ends of the house and one being inside and one out. It came to one point where the guy cleaning outside said smidges were left on the inside and they didn't cordinate very well. When the job was done I was charged $183 plus tax for the service done. I then showed them the quote I was given of the $143 and they dropped the price down to that. But I had to show them the quote. They just didn't seem like they wanted to work and weren't very professional.

What can you say. He came in went to the dryer cleaned the vent pipe and went out doors and cleaned the vent.

They were good. They did exterior window cleaning, which was what I wanted.

They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and quickly, and cleaned up when they were finished. They also reported to us some wood rot along the roof line.

My roof is flat with tar and pebble. After the last strong thunderstorm many pebbles got into the gutters This company called themselves "window gang" and /or "gutter gang". They showed up right on time and were very personable. They were delighted that I had a flat roof. I told them to please remove the pebbles from the gutter by hand and throw them back on onto the roof so they would not go into the yard or pool. They started to do that, but when I went back into the house I heard the blower; they were simply blowing the pebbles out of the gutter. Many pebbles got into the pool. One of the men was very sorry and even went into the pool to get the pebbles out . He was able to get many of them, but after they left , I found many pebbles all over the ground and there were still many in the pool. Worse yet, the gutters still had many pebbles . One other thing- I had asked if they could fix the loose seam on one of my downspouts. They didnt answer one way or the other , so I didnt pursue it. If you need someone to simply blow leaves out of the gutter , they will probably be fine, but with anything out of the ordinary, I wouldnt recommend.
