Overall well. IT didn't look perfect afterward but we were told ahead of time of the limitations of the job and it was soooo much better. Only real complaint is that none was home while the work was being done and a big puddle of water was sitting inside the front door on the hardwood. I guess it came through the door jam without anyone knowing? Seems like there is a way around that.

The team from Windows Gang Austin showed up on time and were very nice to deal with. However, they ended up charging me quite a bit more than I expected, especially when they left with debris all around my house and bushes, as well as very dirty/dusty windows. I don't think it was a coincidence that they asked me if I was interested in window cleaning after they provided their service! :-)

They were early and I almost missed them. Once they got in, they got right to work. Apparently, my dryer hose had a hole in it which they spent some time trying to fix. They cleaned out a LOT of lint. My only complaint is they left a lot of lint in the laundry area and didn't give me the opportunity to clean it and there was lint on the carpet in front of the laundry are. I feel they should have cleaned up a little better. But other than that they did a good job.

Purchased coupon deal for dryer vent clean out. Office contacted me quickly and accommodated my time preference. 2 nice young men came performed service. Educated me on the fact it should be done at least yearly, so dryer would be more efficient

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were no additional charges.

Arrived within scheduled window, accomplished task within 45 minutes, and very pleasant to work with.

They were able to come out the same week we purchased the deal. There were no additional costs and they did a great job!

We purchased a special deal for gutter cleaning. They were responsive to scheduling the appointment, came out and did the work promptly. I cannot give a grade on the quality of work, because I was not home when the work was performed. I don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the gutters to see if they did a good job cleaning--I am just assuming that they did. For the same reason my overall grade is B rather than A -- I can't say "excellent" when I did not see the results of the work. This isn't the company's fault, just the way it is. Would definitely use again.

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time, were friendly and helpful, and even cleaned my roof for an extra fee that was quite reasonable. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and I would recommend their services.

They were responsive, but did take longer than I hoped to schedule an appointment out for. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Everything turned out fine.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for gutter clean out roof debris removal. Window Gang was timely and responsive in getting the service scheduled. They were to arrive between 10:30 and noon and at 12:20 I called and they were very thankful that I called because they had lost my appointment. Said they knew there was someone else on the schedule but couldn't find my info but because of the mishap no one could get there until 3-4 pm. The lady on the phone was apologetic, and I understand that mistakes do happen, but no offers of any concession were made for their mistake. When the person showed up he did a fine job of cleaning the gutters out, but left all of the debris in my flower beds and front porch. Unless I'm mistaken as to what "removal of roof debris" is, then I believe that should have been covered in the deal. Overall, was not impressed with their service.

Window Gang was very responsive and arrived at the scheduled date and time of the appointment. Unfortunately, they were unable to perform the needed service. They clean dryer vents from the dryer to the outside and we needed ours cleaned from the outside-in due to the design space of our condo. I've used the Window Gang for other services previously and would use them again.

It went very well. They arrived within a half hour of their expected time. They didn't introduce themselves so I can't call them by name so I'll just use pronouns. He explained they would walk around the outside first to count the number of windows so that he'd be able to give me an updated figure for the windows beyond what was covered in the $99 Angie's List coupon. He came back in and gave me the figure of $60 and I said to go ahead. They did the inside first and then the outside. It took a little over an hour total. With tax, the total was $99 (coupon) plus $64.95 (extra windows).

The Angie's List deal was for $150 to pressure wash up to 2000 square feet. They were on time and somewhat professional. I was not told that gutters were extra, but whatever, it was a good deal. My big beef though was the bleach they used to power wash my siding fell on to my plants and killed 3 of them. I thought they were just using water until I came out when they were done and the strong smell of bleach was in the air.

It went well. Scheduling was no problem. They sent a crew of two and were here around two hours. They were punctual and professional.

It was fine for the outside, they were a little sloppy on the inside. I ended up having to follow them and clean up the water and so for that they left. I had an area rug and I had to make sure I moved it.

I initially had them come to powerwash house to see if we needed to repaint or if we could wait another year. While here I inquired how much it would be to extend the powerwashing to include the sidewalks, large patio, porch and driveway. We had quite a bit of mildew and algae on the concrete. They did a wonderful job. They didn't use a cleaning agent that harmed my grass or plants in any way. I've had other companies use products that killed or seriously injured shrubbery.....very costly to replace. Their powerwasher broke down just short of completion of job. They returned two days later and finished project just as promised. I won't hesitate to call and use them again.

The work was excellent. The house looks very different, especially the drive way. The drive way has never looked cleaner than after their work. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
