The first time was better. Very quick and some of the windows are very streaked and one of the windows they forgot to do the top window!

The workers cleaned the windows fine but were careless with the screens. They apparently did not keep track of which screen went to which window and assumed they were all the same size and type. As a result, some screens were haphazardly installed (upside down or in a window of a different size) and one was mangled. It took over a month for it to be replaced with another of the correct size. Lesson learned: Be present withers guys to oversee the job!

Good job on cleaning the windows. There were two misses (small blemishes) but I won't grade then against them on those minor issues.

These guys were AWESOME. Crew of two showed up on-time. Very professional and friendly. I always have lots of questions and they answered without issue. Scheduling was a breeze and they communicate via phone and email. Windows were super clean both inside and out. Including inside the tracks. Drive way looked like new after they were done. Great job. I recommend these guys if you need your windows cleaned or drive-way power washed. THANKS GUYS for a great job.

Job was done, however, only one person sent. Seems like job would need two people to maintain safety.

They were prompt, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. This was the second time they have washed my windows and I was quite pleased both times. I would definitely recommend the Window Gang and will use them again.

They got here on time, hit the ground running, and expertly cleaned all the windows.

We were able to get an appointment set up quickly -- the only issue was that they had to cancel our first appointment because the crew that was going to clean our windows were delayed as a result of it taking more time to clean the windows of another client. Although we were amenable to changing our appointment, it did cause us a short delay in our plans for put the house on the market. When we first made the appointment -- the company rep told us that we had a choice of either waiting to have someone from the company come out to give us a specific quote on the cost for cleaning the windows or we could describe our window situation to him over the phone and he would quote us a price that could change. Because we were in a hurry -- we elected the 2nd choice. I suspect the client who had the appointment ahead of us on our original appointment day probably hadn't fully described their window situation (possible more windows or perhaps they added service requests once the crew arrived on that day to clean their windows). My point here is this -- if the company wants to make sure it is able to keep appointments -- it might consider dispensing with the "over the phone" quotes and require that a company rep visit in person beforehand so that the company as well as the client knows exactly (or as exactly as possible) how much it will cost to clean the windows and how long it will take. And because the Austin area is so large now -- the company would also need to factor in traffic issues when setting up appointments with their clients. All this aside, the two young men who showed up to clean our windows were very professional -- they went right to work cleaning our windows on the outside and inside. They had to climb very tall ladders to clean a couple of our windows and they did this with ease. Kudos to them.

This company took my money for a service they did NOT perform. My window cleaning service cleaned my gutters. This company showed up and when they saw the gutters were cleaned rather than be honest and reschedule or refund my money, the took credit for the work and yook my money. I will never use this co.apny again.

Showed up on time and were friendly and professional. They definitely cared about doing the job well. After they left I noticed a small spot they had missed-- I called and they came back and addressed it, quickly.

The crew of three was very efficient and did a great job. They cleaned the insides & outsides of windows and window tracks and gutters. They tested the gutters after cleaning them to make sure they were clear.

I guess the experience was okay because I wasn't here. I had someone here at the house. The result was fine. The price must have been okay because I approved it. The quality was fine. I don't remember a negative experience. The punctuality must have been fine.

Wonderful! Zach was able to come over the same day to provide a quote and the work was completed shortly after that. Communication was great. Team at both homes were efficient, professional, and friendly. Would definitely hire again and recommend. Excellent systems and processes!

The staff was extremely professional and did a great job. We have a lot of landscaping the makes it difficult to get to some of the windows. Window Gang was able to work around the landscaping and clean every window. Will definitely use them again.

They came on time, cleaned the gutters, cleaned up after themselves. Professional but friendly. They spend about 45 minutes getting the job done. I've used them before and I'll use them again. Another company had a better deal for the same work but I chose to pay more for Window Gange because of how satisfied I am with them. I will be hiring them again.

I have never used another company. The always do an excellent job.

They more than exceeded my expectations.My house had a lot of mold. They were professional and responsible when they came and did the job at hand. After, there were a few areas that needed a touch up, and they came back and took care of it. Very happy to recommend not only the service team, but also the administrative team - they were very communicative.

There than a few hitches in getting the guys out there to do the work, it went just fine. Erik and Mason were very nice and ultimate pros.

We were very pleased with the work. We ended up having a single person who came to do the work because another was not able to make it and he worked all day at a strong and steady pace and got almost all of the work done single-handedly. Quite impressive.

It was fine. They scheduled it and they met their schedule. Their price was fine. They cleaned the vent okay. They were there when they said they're gonna be there.
