Window Gang Austin

It was a Big Deal purchase. We didn't care for them. One guy arrived really late. The other guy had to work fast. The one guy that arrived late obviously had some kind of problem because he tore one screen off the window and mangled it and he didn't do a good job cleaning. One guy did a decent job and the other guy did a poor job. The price was fair but it wasn't a great job.

It was fine. They were in and out in a minute. There was no problem. There were no issues. It was very easy and fast. The price was perfect. I would give A all the way down.

The two men were punctual and were able to get a LOT of dryer lint out of my dryer vent. They were polite and did call ahead to say they were on the way to my house.

It went extremely well. They worked very hard to fit my schedule and tight timelines. And they simply nailed it! Awesome job all around. In fact, even after heavy rains, my windows continue to look outstanding. I"m not sure what secret sauce they use to clean the windows and make it continue to look clean, but it works!

The Window Gang did a fine job of cleaning my dryer duct exhaust line, and also cleaned up after themselves nicely. Moreover, due to a change in my address, they actually cleaned the dryer ducts at 2 houses. Allow me to explain. I recently moved, and failed to update my address profile in Angie's list. On the date of service, the Window Gang showed up at my old address, which was undergoing repairs and so was open, and cleaned the dryer duct. When I called a couple of hours later to see when they would show up at my new address, we discovered the problem. Rather than claim they completed the agreed service, or charge me for a 2nd service call, they were at my new address within the hour and completed that duct cleaning at no extra cost to me. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Everything went well. The workers were friendly, efficient, and did good work.

Driveway not well done, with "stripes" where it seems they missed power washing. I called the office and reported my findings. I said I would like someone to come out and tell me if the company considered the job acceptable. Their response was that it was not worth their time, and they would just send someone out to rewash the driveway. It's better, but still very disappointing.

They did all the normal clean-up around the dryer, and even explained about the tool they used to clean the vent. Exhaust vent cleaned on roof and then reassembled. Friendly service which was nice, and a nice job too.

They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and performed everything exactly as described. Great doing business with them. TJ (the tech) was very polite and professional, as was the gal who called and set the appointment (can't remember her name). Very nice company to do business with.

Everything went well. I was promptly contacted after purchasing the service here, we scheduled the work and it was done within a week. My dryer is drying clothes properly again and I couldn't be more pleased.

I was just looking to have siding pressure washed in preparation for painting but the technician explained he could remove the greenish black mold buildup on the limestone and he did. The house hasn't looked this good since it was brand new.

It was great. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do.

The young man (I forgot his name) was right on time, as planned. He walked the exterior of the house with me as I pointed out the really bad places, as well as the walls with lots of ivy that he probably would not be able to clean. We agreed in advance about most everything. Then he went to work. He got my house clean...go rid of YEARS of GREEN GUNK on the bricks. Then after the job was completed, I requested a price for cleaning my windows (inside and out) as well as a price to power wash the cement in front of the house...driveway, walkways, etc. He was very prompt with the quotations and they were very reasonable. I am extremely pleased and would recommend the Window Gang to anyone looking for a professional company to work with.

Overall it went great. Some delay on coming out at the original time do to scheduling conflicts with other customer(s), but did make it out at the rescheduled time, on the same day. Looked at how the vent was run, asked when it was last cleaned, etc. The service tech, using a portable drill, took a brush attached to a number of long wands, starting from inside the house, then went outside to the vent outlet, and used his brush with additional extensions. A lot of lint came out. Then he went back inside and attached a powerful blower and blew out what was still in the line. The line actually run under the house for about 20 ft. A lot more lint came out. It was amazing at how much!! After cleaning the line, he re-attached the line back to the dryer, and made sure everything was working properly. Very good job that I should had done years ago. He said, with the line running into the slab and out at some distance, it should be cleaned out every couple of years. Now I see a pile of lint outside the dryer vent that I seldom saw before. The best part, my drying time went from hours to about 30 minutes. A HUGE difference. I was all set to pitch the dryer since it took so long to dry anything. It all was because the line was clogged with lint, lots of lint. Job well done, and with the Angies List Discount, it was money well spent.

Called ahead of time. Arrived on time. Removed and brushed all the screens and tracks, washed the windows, took extra care to make sure the cats were safe and cleaned the windows in the cat enclosure. Very fast, courteous and didn't trample the beds or dislodge the birdbaths. :)

Great. The two man crew showed up they power washed my 2 story home. They cleaned up and left my home looking good.

Evan and TJ arrived on time and went right to work. I had had my vent cleaned only several years ago so there wasn't a huge build up of lent. They were in and out within about 45 minutes. They were pleasant and professional and got the job done. The last time I had my vent cleaned, the lint was blown out onto the yard and it was a mess that took me days to clean up. This time, the lint was sucked out into a container so there was no clean up necessary. I will definitely use this company again.

Company rep was very nice, but said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could come out. I was in a bind and needed the work done right away due to the fact company was coming for the weekend. I had called them after my first company didn't show up.

They did a fabulous job! I was so happy with them I will use them every year!

Greg did an excellent job. It was a tricky situation trying to get behind our dryer as there was an unmovable cabinet in the way. He managed to do the job despite the tight quarters and was very thorough and accommodating. I will definitely use their services again.

I arranged for power washing of house and cleaning windows inside and out. They were prompt and professional and showed me their work at conclusion. This was an Angies' Deal with extra work added.
