Window Gang Austin

I'm very happy with Window Gang, and $59 was a great price. Lint was everywhere, but he did a pretty good job of cleaning up after he finished.

We had an open house and wanted to get the windows cleaned prior, they were great, came out fast with an estimate and got me scheduled within a few days. The washer was great, very polite, kept the space clean, did a great job on the windows and doors.

Good work but when I painted afterwards there were some areas that were not covered.

I turned out great. I had a Big Deal. There were no additional charges. They came. They did what they needed to do. They left. It was perfect.

Since the weather did not want to cooperate, we had to re-schedule a couple of times, but they kept in touch and were very responsive to changes. Finally we were able to have the power washing done and he arrived on time and spent a good amount of time power washing the house. He did a great job and we were totally happy with the service. Nice job and would definitely use again.

I scheduled the appointment for cleaning my dryer vent, and everything went off without a hitch. Window Gang is always prompt and professional!

I initially purchased an Angie's List Big deal for house power washing, and I noted that I was interested in other services. I met with Greg at my house to go over exactly what the Big Deal would cover and what else I wanted done. The next day I received an email with the estimate. I responded that I wanted to go forward with everything and we scheduled a 2 day period to complete the work. The man who came, TJ, did an incredible job. He showed up on time and worked diligently. He obviously takes pride in his work and I am particularly thrilled that my windows and screens are sparkling. My dealings with this company were stellar and I'd highly recommend them.

I scheduled the service via email, had a couple of short conversations about the amount of guttering and a few minor details, and that was it! The staff were courteous and communicative, no problems at all.

The crew was on time and completed the job in a reasonable time. The crew cleaned additional windows with a very appropriate charge. The crew removed leaves from the roof gutters- since they were already on their ladder. Greatly appreciated!

I was not home when they provided the service. They must have just checked the gutters to be free of debris and left. Still some small debris in them.. I know i have problems in one area, but they did not note that or make recommendations to repair.Cle

When I saw just one "Window Gang" on the crew - there for my job, I was skeptical that he could do the entire house in the 1/2 day alotted for the job. He worked steadily for the entire time. He removed all screens, cleaned the windows inside and out, replaced the screens and generally did a good job at clean-up. He accomplished it in a professional manner, was very pleasant and got it done in less time than I imagined - less than 1/2 day. The price was a fair price but it didn't seem to benefit me much to use the Angie's List coupon. The coupon price would only be for fewer windows than I had so I called the company for an estimate for the number of windows on my home. The company came out to give an estimate prior to doing the job and priced it above the 99 dollars covered by the coupon because the company said my windows were very dirty. Still their price was three times more than the coupon provided. Only comments of suggested improvement is that he did leave some mud from a mud dobber nest on the front porch and he didn't mention the screen that broke when being reinstalled. The screen was already bent so it is not surprising it broke. My suggestion for a situatiion like that is for him to stop, inform the homeowner of the issue when they see the screen is previously damaged; this way there is no question later in the day when it is put back. It was on the first floor so it wouldn't have been difficult for him to stop and come inform me of the issue.

It went well, however the flex hose separated from the other piece of hose as the tape didn’t hold. I was venting hot air into my laundry room. I called them up and they have agreed to come out and fix it.

The Window Gang guys were early, and called to give me a head's up. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the mess of leaves and gunk that came down out of the gutters. We will definitely have them back!

They said that they would be here between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. They called before they came and took care of my issue within 20 minutes.

This was an Angie's List special offer. Technician arrived on time and performed all work, to include "upacking" a very clogged gutter and downspout. The additional charge above the basic "Angie's List Deal" was minimal, and the work was well done. I was very happy with the work done, and would use the company again.

Very well!! On time, quick, professional, reasonable!!

They pressure washed the exterior of my house which has stone work and hardy - board. There were some areas they could not clean back to the original because of long term drippings from window screens, but they did the best they could. The stains were definitely lighter and less noticeable. I seem to be the only one who notices.

What they did, they did well. I have only a small amount of gutters.

I purchased a big deal with them. It was very good. I was busy right after I purchased it, so I scheduled it for three weeks later. The big deal price covered everything. They are great. I would definitely use them again in the future.
