What a great experience. They were such nice young men, called to ask if they could come a bit early, and working together finished the job in 30 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed by the final result. Will definitely use Window Gang again, and next time have them do inside and outside!

These guys were great all the way through the project. Estimate and scheduling was fast, easy and accurate. Windows are gleaming. The workers were punctual, polite and quiet. They left everything undisturbed, which is a challenge in our house, with lots of furniture and a busy, cluttered office. They were fast and efficient, and worked around the idiosyncrasies of our nearly 100 year old house with its original windows. A+! I'll use them again.

Window Gang did a great job on our windows. They were friendly and professional. They were so quiet I hardly knew they were in my house. We bought an Angie's List Deal for $129 for 10 windows. Of course, we had a lot more windows than that so including the 10 windows it was about $330. That seemed awfully high to me. They were here for about 2 1/2 hours. To be fair, I didn't price anyone else so maybe that is a fair price in this industry.

Window Gang called ahead of time to ask if they could arrive little early. When they arrived, we discussed and agreed on a price for the extra windows above and beyond the deal. They began work immediately and when finished I paid them the agreed price. Their work was fast and efficient. I would and will use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

The company had a coupon for $69 so I thought I would have the dryer vent cleaned. The last time I did this the worker climbed on my rooftop and cleaned from there as well as from the inside. It was a very complete process and took him over an hour. This time the worker cleaned the vent from the inside only and was at my house about 15 minutes. I have no way to gauge how clean the vent is, but I think sometimes you have to put your trust in the worker and go from there.

They hooked a brush to an electric drill and inserted it into my dryer vent. They removed all the lint they could with this brush. I then asked them to go up on the roof and see if the "flapper" was stuck. One of them did climb up on the roof, while the other was blowing air up through the vent to test whether the vent was allowing air to pass through. The one on the roof said there was no "flapper", just a screen beneath a permanent metal cover, which was nailed to the roof --- with no screws, so the cover couldn't be removed to clean the screen. However, he said the airflow coming through felt fairly good, though maybe not 100%. All of this was well-done, and I would have given them an "A" rating for their work, except when one of them was trying to hook my dryer hose back on to the dryer, he couldn't get the clamp to fit over the hose where it entered the dryer. So the other one said he'd do it, and climbed behind the dryer, hooked it on, and then they left. When I checked afterwards, the clamp was not attached. It was around the hose, but not where it was supposed to be, around the hose at the point it entered the dryer. Eventually I was able to get the clamp into the proper position.

Confusion over how many windows it covered.

The service worked out well. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were supposed to do, the services were performed within expectation so it was good. I got them to give me a quote for window cleaning, but I have not executed that quote, and I probably won't because it was too expensive.

He came on time and set up immediately. He was very courteous in discussing which and how many windows and got the job done. We are very pleased. Our house looks so much better. Clean windows just brightens everything up--inside and out.

They came on time and did the job in about 15 minutes. After leaving, I noticed my clothes were still taking an unusually long time to dry. I called them back and they did it again. This time, they used a ladder to suction from the exterior of the house and were able to extract an old bird's nest from the vent. I was very pleased with their service. They did the contracted work the first time but went above and beyond to help solve my problem. They didn't charge me for the second visit. I will use them again for my next duct cleaning.

They followed up appropriately and did what they said they were going to do. I have used them twice now. I would recommend their service.

After buying the special, the company contacted us with 2 days to set up an appointment. They showed up on time to do the work & did a wonderful job. We've never had our windows or screens professionally cleaned & we can now see outside. They were respectful of our property & put everything back as it was before they came.

It went great. They were here on time, didnt take much time, and very polite young men.

The workmen called to say they were on their way, and arrived right on time. They were pleasant and courteous and worked efficiently. When they finished cleaning the gutters, the picked up any debris In the yard and used blowers to clean leaves off the patio. Based on the amount of debris they found, they recommended having our gutters cleaned every other year. I thought this was important to note, rather than them saying we should have it done yearly, just to make more money for the company. I am very satisfied with Window Gang of Austin, and would definitely use them again.

I had them out about a month later after I purchased the Big Deal. That was my schedule. They came out and looked at the job and we scheduled the work. They did a great job on everything. There were no additional charges. They just charged me with what the coupon was good for. The work was great. There were no problems at all. I would probably use them again. It took them a day to do the whole house. It was a lot of work and I think I got a real good Deal for $150. It is a two story and then a level ground house.

The team of two arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a good job. They even helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture that I was supposed to have moved out of the way.

Buyer beware. The way they counted windows was counter-intuitive and very disappointing. I would not have paid what I paid had I known that one window would be counted as several.
