He washed all my windows and did a great job.

They cleaned my large windows that are about 25' off the ground at the top. It was a hot day too. They did a pretty good job. They couldn't get what they said was adhesive off some spots on the windows. They couldn't figure out how to get the screens off at first from the outside. But because he explained what the problems were before they packed up to leave, I was able to figure out the screens came off from the inside and they were able to get those windows under the screens, the screens, and the tracks well cleaned. Because that was done after they had cleaned one small very high window on the side of my condo, they forgot to go back and clean that one (and I forgot it too so one pane and the screen are not so clean, so partly my bad). But they were very helpful and patient to help move things to access all the windows on the inside. They were professional and polite and did a good job. My windows hadn't been cleaned in years because I wasn't sure who to call because of their height. I will get Window Gang to clean them regularly now and hope that the regular cleaning will help breakdown the adhesive spots.

These guys came, did the work, cleaned it out great even though our vent was nasty from years of not cleaning it right with the right tools. There was no fuss, no trying to sell us anything more. i would recommend them.

Window Gang came to my house to estimate the cost of the job. They provided a competitive estimate. Since I'd been pleased with their gutter cleaning service, I decided to go with them. The technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows and solar screens. Unfortunately, the mesh detached from the frames of two solar screens. However, Window Gang repaired the screens and installed them in less than 24 hours. I applaud their outstanding customer service, particularly their speedy handling of the solar screen problem. At this time of year, having solar screens in place is especially important. The cost reflects a 10% Angie's List discount and includes sales tax.

They called before their arrival time to ask if it would be okay to show up earlier than the scheduled time. When they arrived they quickly went to work. One person cleaned the windows and full size screens on the outside and the second person cleaned on the inside of the house. Both workers were friendly, polite and professional. Each of them mentioned that they worked very hard so that their customers would be happy with the job they did. When they finished my windows were so clean that it looked like I didn't have glass separating me from the outside! I couldn't believe it. I am very happy with the job they did! I would definitely hire them again to clean my windows. I also noticed (on their work truck) that they do power washing and gutter cleaning. I would hire them for these services at my home at a future date.

Purchased this as one of the Angies list deals. Our dryer vent, vents to the roof and was clogged. Window gang responded quickly to my purchase to schedule and gave me scheduling options. They arrived on time, were courteous, cleared the vent from the bottom and from the roof. They left the area clean when they were done. Nice guys. Will use them again for other services if the need arises.

A team of 2 workers arrived on time. They did what they promised, bagged the debris removed from the gutters and carried it for disposal. They went on the roof and removed the debris from the gutters, which I was unable to access. Satisfied with their work. A good job.

Excellent work by polite young man.

I purchased a big deal from the Window Gang Austin to pressure wash the exterior of my home. I paid extra to have the rear patio pressure washed as well. Everything went well and the service was provided as described. Window Gang Austin did a good job of communicating.

Purchased a five year old home that needed a surprising amount of TLC. Stone exterior with lots of windows. Window Gang cleaned both inside and outside of windows, screens and washed exterior of house. Did a good job and the windows looked amazing. Minor scratch lines were on the glass but I'm not sure if they were there prior to the cleaning or not. Plan on using them again.

They arrived on time and performed as expected, and efficiently.

The two man crew arrived early. They did a nice job and were there for several hours.

Last year we had Window Gang do our gutters (contents only) and all the windows. We were impressed on how the crew tried to be thorough and took their time. This year we had Window Gang come out and clean all the gutter (contents) plus gutter facings on the front and one side of our house. Again, we were impressed on how the crew (2 of them) took their time and not rush the work. They cleared the roof of debris. They patiently removed the screen mesh in some areas to clean out the inside of the gutter (I hope they properly re-installed everything back again). One of the guys (I forgot his name) really took his time to clean the gutter contents and facings on the right 'front' side of our house. The two issues I only had with Window Gang are: 1. Greg came out and did the estimate. He was polite, but after he did the estimate, was difficult to get in touch with either by phone or email. I guess all questions and concerns have to be routed through Shawn (receptionist?) who then contacted Greg. 2. After the work was done and the crew left, we noticed that the gutter facing on one corner of our house didn't seem to have been cleaned. I emailed Shawn with a picture and she replied that they will be sending the crew back out the following week. But the following week, Shawn emailed me and told me that the crew did clean the gutter facing and will not be sending a crew out anymore. Since it was a small area, we didn't bother pursuing it anymore.

They were quite generous in counting windows, and the results were very satisfactory.

They were very hard to schedule. My appt got cancelled once and postponed twice. There were young guys, kinda thug like, and after the job was done,they left my laundry room dirty and full of dryer lint and I phoned them to ask if they indeed checked the roof where my vent was, and why they did not clean up. There was no reply and there were not details given about what they did while they were in my home. This experience makes me want to never use angies list again if this is the type of service you provide and the type of business you support and suggest. I've tried to contact them without success. The first visit was for pressure washing. The associate did a decent job but missed a few things, e.g. a mud dauber on the car port, the tops of exterior window frames. I called the office and we scheduled a return visit. We also scheduled an exterior window cleaning. The associate cleaned the spots he missed the first time. Overall, the job was good, given that they used a high pressure hose to shoot the water up, while standing at ground level. I've hired pressure washers before who've used a ladder so they could direct the water at the house with a direct or slight downward angle. My preference is for this approach because I think it cleans the house better. A second associate cleaned the windows and did a great job. I would use this provider again.

Window Gang Austin gave me an estimated arrival date and time that worked for me. Then, the team called when they were on the way. They arrived on time and promptly went to work. They completed the job in about an hour. After signing for the services and additional garage door windows, and as he was walking out the door I asked if they would be putting the screens back on, on their way out. He informed me the screens were already on. I had to walk outside to check, the windows and screens were THAT clean! I was amazed at the difference!! I'm glad I waited to have this done after the oak trees were done pollinating. But the clarity I'm left with is just awesome. I will use this company again, for sure! In addition to doing a great job, the team was prompt, professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for better.

Guys did a great job. The house and windows look greatly improved. Am a repeat customer and will likely call on again next year. Very responsive to my needs. Make sure to re-lock those windows!

The only company we contacted to actually come out to the house and survey the job prior to providing a quote. Others wanted us to provide the information either by phone or email, which was difficult since it's a large house and is three stories high in the rear requiring special equipment. The crew showed up on time and did a terrific job cleaning the windows, which I might add had not been cleaned professionally in several years. The crew was professional, efficient, careful and polite. I will definitely be using them in them in the future.
