Description of Work: They 'steam' cleaned and deodorized the whole homes carpet just before my daughter moved into her new house. The house is 2300 sq ft. They were prompt and courteous, working with our schedule. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the job in the timely manner. If I recall they modified the deal in a fair way to fit the house. It was a great thing working with Will's and I'd gladly use them again/ recommend them.

Description of Work: I chose Will's Carpet Care because it is owner run. My husband's father had his own carpet cleaning business in CA for years and it is hard to find a company that puts their heart into their work. When I saw that the owner does his own work, I knew I wanted to use his services. He was punctual, professional and friendly. I loved that whenever I called him he answered the phone. I didn't have to leave a message and wait for him to call me back. He cleaned my carpets better than anyone else I've hired. When he raked my carpet when he was done, I knew I had made the right choice. That is old school and I appreciate it.I highly recommend using Will to clean your carpets.

+ -1 moreI contacted Will. He responded promptly and scheduled a time to repair the damage. He called before he arrived, as he was going to be early. He came in and assessed the damage...arranged to use a hidden piece of carpet from the closet to repair the damage. He also replaced the spot in the closet with another remnant I had around the house. This whole job was accomplished with a minimum of time and fuss. I would use Will again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the great job....Fair price...excellent service.

+ -1 moreThey were very easy to work with, showed up on time, and did the job for the amount they estimated on the phone. The gentleman who showed up was very knowledgeable and good at what he did. They also repaired a small tear in the carpet that I had created when pulling it up for no extra charge.
Description of Work: I had pulled up half of the carpet and pad in a large room to lay down speaker wire. Will's came out and re-stretched the carpet in the room, to bring it back to new looking!

+ -1 moreI called Will and he came out that afternoon. He looked at the carpet and said no problem, he could fix it. He and his associate started on the carpet and had it stretched and looking better than it had from the original installation 4 years earlier. They did a great job, quick to respond to my call and had it done in no time and charged me a great fee compared to other companies I called. I would greatly recommend him for all the services he provides.
Description of Work: Our hallway carpet was stretched out and had wrinkles all through it into the master bedroom. Will's Carpet Care came out and re-stretched it and made it look like it should have in the first place. It was never flat from the day it was installed.

+ -1 moreThe workers did a grade A work for us. Our place was vacant so they didn t have to move anything or worry about that. It dried well and they did the entire house in about 3 hours. They showed up on time and did a good job so I was happy with them overall. I would say you could count on them every time.
