I have used Will for years in various properties. Always find him to be professional in every way and very fair on pricing.

They arrived on time after calling that they were on the way. They were pleasant, professional, energetic and went to work. I was very pleased overall and told them that I would have them come clean the other rooms in a couple of months. The price was very good.

Will did not stand me up not only once but twice...not good...would not recommend...

Two very nice folks but after spending $250 to clean the tile in my master bath and kitchen, I could see no difference. They did remark that they didn't think it looked dirty. Their standards are considerably lower than mine is all I can say. It still looks like it needs to be cleaned and I'm already out $250

I emailed this service 3 days ago and never heard from them. There are several competitors which I will end up going to.

Will and his team showed up on time with a call before they arrived. We showed them what we needed and they got to work right away. They did the entire house (over 2700 sq feet) in about 1.5 hours. This is including deodorizer and Scotch Guarding all the carpets. After they were done, explained everything that they did and also how the Scotch Guard works (stain resistance, not a forcefield... also helps with vacuuming as it acts likes Teflon and keeps the dirt from clinging to the carpet fibers) I am super impressed with Will. I have already recommended them to a few friends at work. Update: We used Will again this year and got the same exceptional results. It is great to know that for some companies, quality never goes away.

I contacted them based on their positive reviews on Angie's List. They used a truck mounted device which was great because they just used the hose/cleaning wand coming from the truck instead of hauling in and dragging a large carpet cleaning device through our house. They were fast, thorough and effective. The carpets look great and the Berber on our stairs came out clean.

We had a few areas of carpet that were damaged by our pets and needed to be repaired. I was skeptical that the repair would be adequate because the carpet guy at Lowes said that carpet repair was "a hack job" so they didn't carry any supplies to do it your self. I'm glad I didn't attempt it because we got great results at a very reasonable price using Will's Carpet Care. I will not hesitate to use them again if future carpet repairs are necessary.

Very well. He has been performing this service for some time. The work was very satisfactory. They paid additional attention to the staircase with excellent results.

Will was easy to contact and book. He turned up on time, and was very friendly to talk to. He explained everything he was going to do and had everything cleaned in about an hour. The carpet looks great (before it looked grubby). Would definitely recommend and use again.

He did a very good job. We did all of this without me having to come face to face and I felt just fine doing it this way. I was very satisfied with the results!

He is really responsive. His pricing is competitive. He is on time. He took his time on the carpet and the carpet looks fantastic. He has no problem coming out if there is an issue.

. I was able to salvage many carpets because of Will's Carpet Care. He is excellent. He is a real honest individual. He gets really busy and when I needed something done by a certain time he has always managed to work it in even if he has to work late into the evening especially if it is vacant place. If he has no other openings he will go at 8 o’clock at night and get it done. He is easy to work with and very flexible. I had a working relationship with him and I had several properties and most people would jump in and do things for free since they want your repeat business. But I have found that though I am not dealing with those rental properties anymore he still cleaned the chairs that were round my dining table, he just threw those in for free because it was not that big a deal when he did the upholstery. He does stuff like that. Whether he did that just because we had prior working relationship I don’t know. But he is an easy going guy and he is more interested in doing a good job than anything else. He knows what he doing and really knows how to do it. I don’t have any complaints against him. I will use him in the future.

We moved into a house where the previous owner did not take care of the carpet and were in pretty bad shape. I never expected all of the stains to come up, especially since it looked like one stain had been bleached. To my surprise, 99% of the stains were removed and our carpets look great! We can now put off replacing them for a while.

They were prompt, efficient, and provided very good results. They were just excellent. I will probably use them again soon.

It went extremely smoothly from start to finish both days. He's an honest guy that is very easy to talk to. It's hard finding people with a genuine heart and to find that in a service provider is even harder - but we did with Will's Carpet Care! Thanks so much, Will!

I was totally satisfied with the service he provided and I spent only about $137 on that work. He was responsive, followed up on my call and was on time. He did a good job and was priced very reasonable.

He got out some stains that the regular carpet cleaning did not get out. My son had also burnt a black hole 3" in diameter into the carpet with his lamp. Will repaired it and you couldn't even tell it ever had damage there. We were really impressed with his work. I don't remember the price, but I know we didn't have any problem with it.

Will was very professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job, and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Will has been cleaning my carpets for the last 5 years. He is the first carpet cleaner that I have been truly happy with. He does a great job. He made my 15 year old carpets look new again! I have two dogs and a cat that wreak havoc on my carpets. He always arrives on time. He has never once tried to pressure me into having any extra work done unlike other carpet cleaners I have dealt with. I like the fact that it is always Will and his employee that arrive and not some sub contractor

After remodeling a large closet the carpet had to be cut to fit the new shape and previously uncarpeted areas had to be filled with patches. All this had to be done using only the existing carpet and a small remnant. They came promptly and completed the patchwork repair job quickly and so well it is mostly invisible. They were also very pleasant to work with.
