Description of Work: There were some light stains left over in a couple spots, but they were spots that had been there a long time that I've tried to clean before - overall, the carpet looked better than it had in a long time! He got it as clean as stain-free as could reasonably be expected.

Description of Work: Called the day before I needed carpets cleaned. He was able to fit me in the next day. He called before arrival which was nice, arrived, and got right to work on carpet that was devastated by 3 months worth of dogs...big dogs that should not have been let in house. Carpet looks MUCH better! Was friendly, didn't push for additional charges as most carpet cleaning companies do, and honored the Angie's List price. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a foreclosed home from a bank. The carpet were in good shape overall, but badly needed stretching and cleaning. I found Will through Angie's List and Yelp. He had good reviews so I called him to come look at my carpet. The former owners had small animals and there were many, many areas with stains and overall filth and there were ripples throughout the house. I contracted with Will to clean and stretch the entire carpet before we moved in. I couldn't possibly be happier with the results. He was prompt, his prices were reasonable, and he did an excellent job. If I could give him a better score than A+ I would. He told me that he would probably not be able to get some of the stains out. After he was finished I have only a couple of areas that have very faint stains. Otherwise, the carpet looks brand new. When we purchased the house, the appraiser said the carpet could not be salvaged and would need to be replaced. Will's excellent service saved me the thousands of dollars that it would have cost me to replace the carpet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Will and David. I will definitely use them again for any of my carpet maintenance needs.
