Description of Work: My computer started becoming unresponsive & I finally got a black screen. |Thought it was my power supply or electrical problems. |UFO diagnosed it as a virus & removed it. |Computer behaving normal again. |I would recommend them because they can communicate with the average person who is not familiar with computer language.

 + -1 moreI have had many unfortunate computer experiences over the last six weeks, culminating in purchasing a new computer. But, UFO Computing has bailed me out several times with incredible service, expertise, and attention to my concerns. They are a truly wonderful small, locally owned and operated company and I can't say enough good about them. The owner, Michael, has promised to sort out any continuing problem(s) I might have and I absolutely trust him to do that!! If you need business or personal computer assistance this is DEFINITELY the place to go.
Description of Work: They worked on my old computer until it became obvious that I would have to replace it. They have retrieved documents from my old hard drive (after Carbonite backup failed totally), uploaded them, and then worked with my computer - both remotely and in my home - to get all my programs functioning and files organized and easy to locate.

 + -1 moreWe had a really nasty computer virus that they fixed. Then when we brought the computer home we discovered another Google type virus on the computer. We took the computer back to them and they fixed it as well without charging us a second time. They did it fast and easy and were very friendly to work with.
