Description of Work: I had Texas Shower Company come to my home and give an estimate. They arrived on time and were professional but their quote took longer than expected to arrive. The interaction with them wasn't as comfortable as with another vendor so I didn't select them but would consider engaging with them in the future.

Description of Work: Small bath makeover and will be redoing our master bath too.

Description of Work: Submitted twice for an appt but never received a call. Been 2 weeks.

Description of Work: They removed my bathtub and built a shower. They did the tilework and plumbing. Each set of workers they sent were friendly and professional. I purchased the tiles and plumbing fixtures separately, they suggested several local and on-line companies to deal with. When I had questions, they responded promptly by email or phone.

Description of Work: They replaced an old shower that had a leaking shower pan.

Description of Work: Complete finish out of master bathroom, after the previous contractor left us high and dry. Shower floor pan, all tile, plumbing, shower window, tempered glass wall and more. Chad was very easy to work with, on time and he and his crew were very clean. We were so happy with the work performed that we had Texas Shower Company redo a small guest bathroom of ours as well.

Description of Work: Went slowly, took time to get supplies, took a long day to put it in, their answer to a gap they had created, was to shorten a piece of trim that might have been better to replace, I asked to be emailed a receipt and the warranty in writing. It has need 7 days and still no written warranty or receipt. Don't recommend them and not sure work will last!

Description of Work: The Texas Shower Company team was great to work with. Chad came out and assessed an issue we were having with a large custom shower we had had installed six years ago as part of a major master bath remodel. It turned out that there were a number of issues, and Chad spent some time trying to ensure that he had the correct diagnosis. Bad news: our custom-built shower pan had been incorrectly constructed, requiring the shower floor and curb to be torn up and replaced. | |Chad's team was exceptionally focused on doing things right, and actually re-did some tile work that didn't turn out as they thought it should have. Most importantly, they took the time necessary to make sure everything was right, even though I think they had a couple of surprises along the way that set them back. | |The shower, with a couple of key structural modifications, is back in service and better than ever. I'm also confident that this time the work was done right and that this fix is permanent. We plan work in other bathrooms in the future, and will call Texas Shower Company first.

Description of Work: Texas shower company did a fantastic job in our master bathroom. They were on time and on budget. We had a shower pan leak and had to redo the entire shower cubicle. Chad is an absolute delight to work with. He made notes, was very prompt in replying via email and had his best people on the job. I would work with them again for future bathroom remodels.

Description of Work: We asked Texas Shower Company to assist us in a remodel of our Master Bath including everything except the existing lavatory cabinets. In addition, they did the floor tiling and a kitchen back splash which was needed as part of our kitchen remodel. They kindly worked well around other contractors, though I can say that I would have certainly been comfortable with them doing many aspects of the remodel (i.e. plumbing) that I had already contracted out. In the master bath they did the tiling (just beautiful!), subcontracted a shower door (very fitting for our contemporary home!) and they did installation of the tub, toilet, and fixtures including shower and tub. As we had existing cabinets, I already had someone else installing those fixture updates, but certainly TSC can expertly take care of the plumbing required for your remodel. They did the plumbing for the tub, shower, and toilet and all work great! During our remodel, there was a leaky valve in another area of the house, and Chad kindly took a look, tightened things up and all was fine. An example of good character, Chad took care of this problem just to help me out... it was a small adjustment, but greatly appreciated, and no charge. As part of the remodel, It was my responsibility to order large items such as tub, toilet and fixtures that I had chosen (a bit daunting with my busy schedule!) but other than that ( I learned always expect it to take longer that you think!), TSC handled everything! Chad and Tim with TSC do their own work, are dependable, respectful, reasonable, and importantly, take pride in their work...they do a quality job. When I am ready to embark on another remodel, I will certainly call them again!
