Texas Backyard Resorts

I wanted to have my patio redone and extended. Gary did come out and then left saying he would show me homes where he had done some work. He also was to give me quotes and ideas using the various surfaces we had talked about. He had my e-mail and home phone number. I never heard from him again. Apparently, he did not need my money or future referrals.

He was very professional. After he gave us a bid we set up a starting date which changed because of other projects. He came by to check on his workers regularly and made every attempt to satisfy us. A while after the work was done we realized that the steps are'nt straight. We did not call him. It's now about a year later and part of the morter on the steps is breaking up and falling apart. We are'nt satisfied with that at all.

Gary and his team are excellent to work with. They were professional, courteous, prompt, thorough and excellent at everything they did.

Work, people and quality was excellent. Price was fair and the work completed within two weeks as agreed.
