Texan Moving

I finally unpacked my $250+ Kitchenaid stand mixer and it was badly damaged. I don't see how you can even dent metal this thick unless you drop it. The back is falling off, it doesn't sound normal, and smells like it's burning now. I emailed them to let them know I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost to fix it, and got a couple rude emails back with horrible grammar saying that I or anyone else could have damaged it, or it could have been broken before I packed it. Really? They completely denied damaging it and won't pay a cent to fix it. So they quite literally will just drop your boxes and say it was broken before they got there. We paid $725 for this service and several other furniture pieces had minor scratches that I figured is just the price of hiring the convenience of movers, so I didn't mention it to them. But finding my mixer like this and getting THIS response? Find another company.

Victor and Brian came over, took excellent care of the equipment and moved the equipment to its new location. They were courteous and professional. My job was small , but I would definitely call them for any size job. I would be glad to recommend and provide a reference for Texan Moving ! Tom

When I called the office to schedule they were very friendly, professional, they were very knowledgeable. They had different pricing option the lady at the office was able to accommodate my needs. Before I moved, I received an email from Texan Moving with tips on how to make my move easier, it really helped me out. The day of the move the movers arrived exactly on time, they started wrapping my furniture with shrink wrap, they were very fast in loading truck, they were extremely cautious with all my items.
