DJ was phenomenal to work with. He re-arranged his schedule to meet me at my house to give me an estimate and based on such great customer service and his price being in line with other estimates I rec'd, I selected him to clean my carpets. He scheduled the work less than 24hrs later and showed up as promised. He's a very neat and polite man and I felt very comfortable in trusting him in my home and cleaning my carpets. Afterwards, the carpets looked great and payment was easy. He even left a complimentary spray bottle of carpet cleaner behind. A+++++!

DJ did an excellent job. I highly recommend Tetris and will definitely use their services again.

The owner is very friendly, very competent, everything he said and he did, he came in and he was quick, was neat with his work and I would use him again.

He seemed to be very knowledgeable in what he was doing. My carpet turned out very nice. He said it wouldn't take very long to dry and it didn't. His cleaning did take the odor out of my carpets and it seems to be lasting. He did a good job and he also left me with some spot remover, which was nice.

DJ did an amazing job. We have never had the carpets cleaned in the five years we have lived in this house. Between a geriatric dog and three kids, one of whom went through potty training after we moved here, our carpets were pretty nasty. DJ was able to get most of the stains out, as well as the smells. A couple stains did come back, as he had warned me they might, but he cheerfully came back and recleaned at no extra charge. Also, at his suggestion, we had the tile grout cleaned and sealed. I had forgotten that the grout was originally white and not black! Our entryway looks gorgeous. I couldn't be more pleased. There was one spot in our downstairs bathroom that did not clean up as well as the rest of the floor, but DJ figured out a different solution and returned at no extra charge to finish the job. The bathroom looks as beautiful as the rest of the floor. DJ was extremely professional and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I plan on having him return on an annual or biannual basis.

Tetris Cleaning did a great job. They got some stains out of the carpet of a house we are about to move into. The carpets all look fantastic and very clean. DJ was friendly, responsive, on time and most importantly did a great job. I will be using them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about DJ and this company! My carpets were VERY dirty from 8 years of teenagers and pets, so the first thing I really liked about DJ was he called me and told me immediately that he may not be able to clean them as thoroughly as possible and that what I really needed was more carpet "restoration." However, he said he would definitely try and do the best he could as restoration could be quite expensive, but made no guarantees. I very much appreciated his honesty, so I just told him to try his best. Well, he spent a LOT of time on my carpet, far more than anyone else I've ever utilized. He was beyond thorough and they came out AMAZING. However, he literally would not allow me to pay him until they were totally dry and I made sure I was 100% satisfied which I very much was! Then, once I moved everything out of the house, there were areas of carpet that furniture had been blocking that needed cleaning. So I called and asked if he could come back. He not only came back the very next day, he didn't charge me any more money! If that's not enough, I had him come to my new house to clean two area rugs. Again, totally honest and said that one probably wasn't worth the money to clean so he cleaned the other one. Even though his trip minimum is $99, he only charged me $49! I cannot recommend them more highly. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a friendlier, more honest, competent person in a professional manner. DJ and Tetris are AWESOME! :)

He was great! He was super sweet to my kid, who stuck lego Wonder Woman up one of his hoses, too. He spent a lot of time helping me decode some of the stains in our new house and talked to us about how best to upgrade in the future. We have blue 27 year old carpet and he got it nice enough that I am sitting on it right now. That says a LOT.

I called 3 carpet service companies. DJ was the only one who scheduled a same day appointment to give me a full quote. The other 2 gave me verbal estimates subject to change. DJ was the lowest price but because of his willingness to come meet me personally I would have been inclined to chose him anyway. I scheduled the work with DJ. He called first before coming, was very prompt, very professional, friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He did an exceptional job cleaning a large sectional, 2 area rugs and all the tile/grout. I would highly recommend Tetris and DJ. If I have the occasion to need these services again I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for his services.

DJ called ahead to confirm. He was on time. Very professional and courteous and an genltman. He took his time and moved the furniture with care. I highle reccomend him to anyone BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD.

DJ, came in on time even calling beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Came in and completed a thorough assessment. Broke down needs, options and cost VERY clearly. Completed work staying late on a Friday night to do the job right. He remained here longer then anticipated to do all of the areas well. Provided the same pricing breakdown after and was very professional. I'll use him again.

DJ was so nice and reassuring at a very stressful time. He was prompt and reliable and very knowledgeable. He discussed options with us and worked well with our insurance flood adjuster. We are very glad we hired Tetris Cleaning to help!

DJ was very prompt and had called me in advance to move the appt up 30 minutes if possible. He did a very thorough job on the old carpets in the rent house that we had been renting for 7 months. The carpets looked better after he cleaned them then they had when we moved into the house. He didn't rush the job even though he had another appt after mine which was late afternoon. Since I was in the house after he was through, he gave me several pairs of booties so I wouldn't be walking on the damp carpets. I really really surprised that the carpets were completely dry within a couple of hours and looked awesome.

My carpet was pretty bad..the owner put in a lot of effort cleaning it and made it super clean! Good price included 5 areas plus stairs. Good Communication.

The provider immediately went to work as soon as we agreed on the areas to be cleaned. He was friendly and efficient. He put down corner all corner protectors so that the hose wouldn't damage the wall boards. He placed small Styrofoam blocks under the furniture legs so that wooden or metal feet would not be discolored and wouldn't mar the carpet. He cleaned his feet thoroughly any time he entered the home. When he was finished I was pleasantly surprised as to how dry the carpet felt, so it appeared the water extraction process was a good one. There were two small bleach spots in one room, which he hand treated with colorants, basically making the spots disappear. He then gave us a bottle of carpet cleaner for spot removal with his phone number on the bottle, in case we have any questions about how to remove any accidental stains on our carpet. In short, we were impressed with everything he did. We would absolutely call Tetris Cleaning Services for any future carpet cleaning or water restoration services.

The technician called 25 minutes prior to arrival to notify he would be here at a certain time. Once he arrived, he looked at all rooms that would be cleaned and wrote up a ticket for the cost $99. - I was using a coupon, so no payment was required. I then asked about cleaning a wool area rug which he examined and quoted a fair price for cleaning. What I appreciated: DJ arrived on time, neatly dressed and ready to get to work. He was thorough in answering any questions I had. His equipment was clean and he took his time to make sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. He was very knowlegable about cleaning the wool area rug and when he finished I was delighted about how the colors were brought back to life - they were vibrant. Professional, yet personable. Gave me much information about carpets, spot removal and how to deal with them. Answered all questions I had. Certainly knowledgeable about his work. I had not read the contract thoroughly about not doing stairs, and he did that for me anyway at no extra cost. Said he would return for any thing that I was not pleased with and make it right. I am more than pleased with his work. A wonderful experience that is not always the case. He will most certainly be my carpet person from now on.

I highly recommend them. They did a really great job with the cleaning. We had ivory carpeting in a rental house which is a nightmare to keep clean and we were very nervous about that. It was beginning to show some wear and dirt on there and it looked almost brand new when he was done. We also spilled some wax on the carpet and we did our best to get it out but we couldn't remove it, we got another company to come out and they couldn't remove it and a year ago when Tetris came out they got it out completely.

DJ Keegan, owner and operator performed th service personally. He is VERY professional and seemed to cut NO corners in providing the best service we have seen to date regarding carpet cleaning. This gentleman showed up on time, phoning 1 hour in advance to assure we were ready. He also provided some of his oTetris "Get Out" stain remover which we have not tried yet...this was free of charge. All in all, a pleasant experience that would cause me to highly recommend this company...Tetris Cleaning Services...to anyone in need of this service!

DJ is very polite and ethical, as well as extremely hard-working. Since we had already vacated the home, we were able to give DJ the key code to let himself in at his convenience. DJ completely amazed us by removing the dark green wax stain from the carpet (from over a year prior) even after another company had failed to do so! Would definitely recommend if you want to hire someone who has the skills to get the job done!
