Brian Perry came out and provided quotes for both a solid coat and a coating with chips. He satisfied all our questions and concerns, and was happy to include coating vertical surfaces such as the edge of the "step" at the back of the garage. He explained that one day would be used to grind off our old coating, apply a first coat and spread the chips. On the following day a clear top coat would be applied. We would need to wait only one more day for drying and hardening, and we could move everything back in and park our cars. He provided references; I called three of them and received extremely favorable reports. One was a repeat customer. The one-day waiting period was especially valuable, as we had expected to have to load all my tools and equipment into a storage pod with a week or two of off-site storage at considerable extra expense. As it was, we had helpers move everything out onto our driveway and covered it with tarps for the short duration required. We had received one other bid, significantly higher; we chose to go with Premier Garage. We set up the schedule, and two men came out and did the work exactly as promised. Although the grinding made a lot of dust, they cleaned up thoroughly. We waited one day, and moved everything back. The floor looks beautiful! We are very pleased with all aspects of it.

If your thinking of hiring this firm - DON'T DO IT. We signed a contract with them on May 31, 2011. Organizers and credenza were promised in a "couple of weeks." I tried to contact Brian, the owner during the 7 weeks that it took to get the products but he never answered his phone. I left messages with his answering servivce but he never got back to me. My husband and I were begining to believe we had a "Grifter" that we had given $1400 deposit to and feared never to hear from them again. Three weeks ago I received an email from Brian saying that the products were back ordered and that he could deliver the next week. Well, that week turned into 2 more weeks. They installed the organizers on July 20 but we are not pleased with the quality. It seems that Brian ordered the wrong parts & the quality is not good.
