Square Cow Moovers

The guys were very polite and very hard working. My only complaint is that they only assigned two guys for my job and more were suppose to come but didn't and it took the two guys all day and into the night when they finally finished.

Initial response via email was very professional. 2 movers showed up on time and lead mover was very professional - did not interact much with the other mover. Overall the move took much longer than it should have - everything that was moved fit into a 10x15 storage unit so there was very little to move. I've used other movers the past that worked much faster and more efficiently.

They were great. They were good. It was like five people and a truck, and it was like $250 an hour maybe. It took about seven hours. There was nothing broken or damaged. They were just really friendly and they worked hard the whole time. They didn't even stop for lunch.

I had more to move than i thought. Forgot I emptied a storage unit last year and had it to move this time with everything else. The 3 guys had a long trek of a walk between my apt and the truck. took us 5 1/2 hours to do, but they were troopers! Antoine was fairly new but headed up the team for his supervisor greaT!

Everything went really well. Both the employees were great.

The service wasn't great. I booked over the phone with Remington, and he was very friendly and helpful. However, he was supposed to send me a confirmation email right after the phone call. Two days later, I had to call back because the confirmation wasn't received. I finally received the email and replied with a question, but the question was never answered. On the day of service, the crew showed up 2.5 hours late and with only two men instead of three. For the most part, the men did a good job loading the trailers. Near the end, they started to rush and get sloppy. They set our 55-inch TV (boxed and ready to move) upright on the driveway and walked away. It fell over and landed flat on its side. Then they pushed my husband's large toolbox down the driveway but forgot to unlock one of the wheels, so it left a black mark down the driveway and broke the wheel. As they lifted it in the truck, they used the handle on the side (which isn't meant for lifting, only for pushing the toolbox around), and the handle broke off. I will say that the men were extremely professional, polite and friendly.

It went great, movers were nice and efficient. They were able to help me out last minute, and they were more "customer friendly" than other movers. Would use again!

We chose Square Cow (Pearland Office) because of the good ratings and great price. Rick and Alex came and packed our things on the first day. We have things that we have collected from all over the world and some of them are very fragile, many are irreplaceable antiques, and all are precious to us. They were so careful with our things, but still packed quickly and efficiently. The following day, Rick and Tread came and packed the truck. I was very concerned that we weren't going to get it all in one truck, but their expert packing skills allowed everything to fit while keeping everything safe and I damaged. They were professional, but also very fun, friendly , and caring. The third day, Rick and Tread drove the truck to our destination and unpacked. There was no damage and they were very efficient. They had to divide the load between our house and an on-site storage building. They kept in close communication with me regarding where things needed to go. I was so impressed with their work ethic and with them as people. I feel I have new friends in Rick and Tread. I will absolutely use Square Cow again. The price was as quoted with no last minute surprises, but the employees are what makes the company great!!!!

I would give them "A"s across the board. They were very courteous. They were very responsive and punctual. They handled my things and my antiques carefully. They were southern gentleman and responded to me, "yes ma'am". When we got to the house I asked them to move things. Whatever I asked them to do they were willing to do it and with a good, sweet, attitude.

AWESOME! These guys were great! Professional, friendly and quality guys. I was even impressed the manager showed up to make sure things were going well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to move. At $100/hr for a two man crew, definitely an affordable deal!

Larry, Austin, Jack and Brock did an outstanding job! Great care was taken with our belongings and furniture was both padded and shrink wrapped. Punctual and very polite. Highly recommend Square Cow (and this crew) to others. We could not have been happier.

Very professional, courteous, and efficient. They loaded the truck up in snow and bitter cold, then drove down to my new home in Texas. Unloaded in rain and cold, and all the time smiling with a great attitude. Mel was awesome! Chris and Ian helped pack up and Tom drove with Mel and unpacked. This is the only way to move! So glad I found them, highly recommend this company!

The two gentlemen were very polite. There was mostly furniture and a few boxes to be moved. They were not properly equipped to handle the heavier items such as the grill, large refrigerator, king size mattress and box spring. Several of these items were damaged during the move. We replied to the survey that was sent after the move but got no response.

Great! The furniture was moved to the locations we wanted. Square Cow Movers were pleasant and efficient. We will definitely do business with this company in the future.

Excellent job. On a Denver to Austin move, everyone at Square Cow did their best to make my move a success! The process was easy. The company is straightforward in their estimates. Each packer/mover was polite, respectful, and took care with their work. As I've unwrapped, the packing crew did a great job of protecting things. The load/drive team was exceptional and took excellent care of protecting door jambs and floors at both houses. Shout out to Joseph and Andrew for really stellar service and attitude on a long drive. Great job guys!

The good ... right on time. Good communication. Took good care of the floors, doors, walls, etc. They broke NOTHING that they moved. Friendly staff and I never saw them take a break except for lunch. The not-so-good ... about 2pm the truck was "full", but the house wasn't empty. I'd specifically asked for someone to come out and look at the job. Was transferred to a manager who I walked through the house room by room over the phone and assured it was no problem to fit on one truck. It wasn't close. Whole garage full of stuff left over, plus some household items too and I'd already moved 150 boxes myself. So, I had to pay for a trailer and crew the next day before 10am when I had my closing. Too bad really. They are an A+ company. But, left me to scramble to finish the work I hired them to do. I noted this in my survey and requested the $300 back. No response.

They were great. They were really good guys who spent most of the time preparing and did a good job. We would use them again.
