They were really easy to work with, and worked everything out without any problems. They were very professional and they did everything I asked them to do. They packed the storage unit up like a pro, and they didn’t break anything. Their price was comparable to other quotes I got. They were right on time, and it took them just as long as they said it would to complete the move. We will hire them again.

We enjoyed working with Square Cow Moovers. Brian and Doug were very courteous and professional. They took excellent care moving our things, especially with our sofa which had a damaged leg before the move. Of all our things, only one dish was broken, but to be fair, it was an old, inexpensive dish anyway. Since they work on an hourly basis, I was curious initially to see how quickly they worked. We felt that they worked very quickly and efficiently in 100-degree-plus heat, completing the entire move in four hours. They were fair with the start and stop times and did not charge us for their break time. The only criticism I have is that they were a little late to the job due to some last minute "personnel changes," but they kept us informed about the situation and it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed working with them and would hire them again for any future moves.

Felipe, Noah, Austin, and Eric moved the furniture from one office into another office location. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Square Cow Movers. We hired the Woodlands-based location to move us. They crew showed up on time, brought 2 large trucks and 6 guys. The movers were professional, courteous, and handled all our items with care. There was not a single broken or damaged item. The guys worked all day long without a break in record heat and finished the move in the promised time. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible and I highly recommend Ken and his team for your Houston move. The price was fair and the professionalism and quality of the work was beyond compare. These guys are a top-notch outfit and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends, coworkers and family.

The team of Square Cow movers arrived exactly at 8:30 a.m. like clockwork! They were friendly upon arrival, careful of where and how they parked on street. Extremely careful with fragile items, furniture and polite throughout the entire 8 hour day. "Yes M'am, "Where would you like this moved?" They were even helpful with guiding where certain items fit best in the living space. The General Manager came out to our place of residence for a quality assurance to make sure everything went well. Square Cow team was a "Class Act". Professionalism at its best.

The service went very well. They are a very professional organization, and punctual.

We purchased additional valuation for our move for an extra $138 (with a $300 deductible). They failed to disassemble the dinging room table, and left the leg assembly intact. As a result, all of the feet of our dining room table, which seats twelve with two leaves, and is a family heirloom, were ripped off. The table was recently refinished, and now is destroyed. In several places the wood sheared off and is gone, with dowels splintered, etc. I submitted a written claim per their requirements. At first they denied that we had bought the additional valuation, then offered a net $100. Their final offer was a net $350 or that their "guy" could fix the table, asserting their right to repair or restore to the original condition. That can't be done because, as I said there are many places where the wood is sheared off and gone, even if it can be made usable. They treated me like I wanted something for nothing during the entire process. I will never, ever use these people again, and recommend staying away from them.

Rudy and Travis (I think that was his name!) got to the apartment right on time and got straight to work. I had hired them to unload a couple of Door to Door storage "pods" that had been delivered that morning. They had them unloaded in under 2 hours, were very friendly and let us know what was going on as the progressed. I'm very impressed with Square Cow Movers from the appointment setup and recommendations to the actual hard labor in hot, sticky weather. I will definitely use their services again for any type of move.

We used this company to move into our new home. The company is very professional, the movers were courteous, pleasant and efficient. We enjoyed their lively personalities and energy. We hired by the hour and they worked at a fast, but efficient pace. It was such a pleasant experience that we again hired the company to move furniture to another location for family members.

The back of their shirts say, " YEs Sir, Yes Ma'am, My Pleasure", and that is exactly what their service was.

They were nice. They were helpful. He answered all my questions but it was just too expensive.

It went fine. They were on time. They were courteous. They were easy to deal with. It turned out that I needed something brought to the dump and I was able to make arrangements for them to do that.

It was okay but I had some issues. First, they told me they had the supplies then I had to go buy more boxes for them. When the guy gave us the quote and he under quoted us by two trucks. The people seemed inexperienced. The quote was $1600. They were very nice people.

They sent insufficient personnel to move the hot tub on the scheduled move date. The personnel they sent were very nice and performed as agreed, but had to reschedule another day to move the hot tub. The hot tub was working before the move and not working after the move. In my opinion they did not have the necessary tools to move the hot tub. The furniture and box items arrived safely without damage. Good for easy typical move stuff. I would not recommend for special items such as piano or hot tub.

It went smoothly and took them no time to get it done perfectly. If I had had more time, though, I would've shopped around for a better minimum price.

I'd moved recently and the previous moving company took 5 hours to move me between homes and damaged my new front load washer/dryer in the process. So I was nervous when I called Square Cow. Right from the start, the gentleman on the phone reassured me that Square Cow would take good care of my belongings. On moving day, Justin and Brian called me when they left the office and showed up on time and ready to go. They were extremely polite, helpful and went out of their way to treat my household items as if they were their own. When they sensed that I was a bit nervous about a certain item - my washer and dryer, for example - they voluntarily offered to use extra padding and walked me through how they were going to move the item. And they hustled - sometimes ran - between the house and the truck. They took their scheduled breaks, but other than that were all business and moved efficiently back and forth. When it came to moving into storage, they helped me tremendously as we worked through staging everything in the room so that the items I would need were accessible and the valuable items were protected. The great thing, though, is that they accomplished all this in the same amount of time it took the previous movers just to move me from one place to another. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience!

Square Cow Moovers was very good--they were prompt. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. They were exacting in what we were moving so they knew exactly what to charge. They handled everything very gently--they padded all the furniture well. We would definitely utilize them again.

.I was very pleased with Square Cow Movers. They moved us from a 2-story, 6,000 house into a one-story home. Six men worked from 8:00am until 11:00pm, never slowing down. They worked hard, and they did a great job! A week before the move, they dropped off boxes and packing materials so we could pack ourselves. When I ran out of boxes, more were delivered within a few hours. They also came by the day before the move the check on our progress. Many helpful suggestions and pointers were given to us as to what still needed to be done, and the best way to organize & pack those remaining items in order to avoid "packing fees". The crew disassembled all five of the beds, and reassembled them in the new home. During the move-out phase, my husband tried to help by grabbing up the hardware to reassemble our bed and our dining table in order to make sure the hardwared didnt get misplaced. Huh-hummmmm....he forgot which box he tossed the hardware into. So when 11:00pm rolled around, we begged the movers to please go on home and we would let them know when we found the parts. We found the parts a week later. Square Cow promptly came back to assembled the bed and dining room table, no extra charge! I am happy with my experience. The crew was very polite and respectful. Great sense of humor and professionalism. They were VERY appreciative of the pizza I had delivered to them around noon. My only regret is that I didnt realize how long the move would take so that I could have fed them that evening!!!

I have moved about 9 times within the country and in doing so I have used pretty much every national company. I have to say that I was very reticent in using Square Cow Moovers at first, I had a bad experience with a small local company but based on the reviews I gave it a shot. Right from the first contact with Nic and Wade I can tell that these folks were different. They were very responsive, extremely polite and very professional in their approach. They were very accommodating to my schedule and adjusted their schedule to meet me at my convenience. The quote was very simple and easy to understand, not to mention that it was substantially lower than the 4 major nationally ranked companies. On the day of the move, the crew arrived at the promised time. The crew members were very respectful & professional. This was the first time i felt leaving the packing crew alone in the house while I had to run a quick errand. The crew members respected the house and were very careful. They worked very hard and when they did take a break, they checked with me first. The packing went very smooth and efficiently. The crew was very open to pack and take care of items as I requested them. Second day was the loading day, the crew again was dot on time and did an excellent job. I had earlier told the company to take care of the soft hardwood floors and the crew was super careful, not a scratch or ding on the house. The loading process was very fast, and once again the crew demonstrated utmost professionalism in their approach. I was impressed by the fact that at the end of the day, the supervisor (sorry I forgot the name) showed up and walked me through every room and he noticed a packed item left behind a curtain and also a few small items that he made the crew repack. Third day was delivery and the story repeats. Very professional & timely. Every time I moved before, I had to pay in advance, with Square Cow, they charged me after the move and based on the final # of boxes etc so the amount was better than the initial quote. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I really feel good in knowing that my $$ went to support a local business rather than a large corporation that doesn't know anything about customer service. Well done Square Cow Mooving!!

They were great. Careful with items, touch up paint for a spot on the wall, cover up for very tiny scratches on a couple furniture pieces.
