Square Cow Moovers

There were five young men who loaded the truck were very nice and professional and went out of their way to be most helpful. Three of them rode to the destination. They were once again polite, helpful and so kind. I had most of it moved into a storage unit. The people who advised me on the necessary size of the storage unit were off and they did a remarkable job of cramming all of my stuff into the unit. Because almost everything went into the storage unit I can not comment on any damage except my box springs was not wrapped well enough to prevent some tearing to the cover and the mattress also needed better coverage. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and will likely used them again in the future. Just make sure they shrink wrap your items well.

I can't say anything more than what everyone else has said. 100% awesome! Felipe, Jack and Jordan were my crew, and they were fast, friendly, and did great work.

Chase was professional, punctual, and genuinely a nice guy! His team showed up exactly on time and finished the job quickly. Although Chase had quoted me for three men, he also showed up to supervise and work so there was four of them working, but he only charged me the price quoted for three men. His team was hard-working and polite. Thank you Chase!!!

These guys were great. They worked very hard in hot humid weather. I felt like I could ask them for anything I needed help with and they would do it cheerfully. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy about things. I'd never use anyone else to move. Thank you Shawn, Tommy, Dwayne, Matt A, and Freddy.

The initial phase of the move went better than expected. The entire team from the sales staff and moving crew were professional and courteous. The second part of our move had a few minor issues, but overall felt as though it was near our expectations. The third leg of our move also had a few more issues, but the management team stepped in and addresses our concerns. Overall, they are a solid moving company that will do their best to take care of all our moving needs, even when concerns were raised.

They were not able to do the work in the time frame that I was wanting.

The sales experience was very professional, thorough, fun and accurate. The movers were punctual, pleasant, professional and thorough. While the boxes didn't always get into the right room, my experience is that movers seldom focus on that detail so this is not unusual. They hooked up the water line on my refrigerator and the hoses on my washing machine - thank you! One mover informed me that I could "buy a converter" for my four-prong dryer hookup that needed to go into a three-prong plug, though no such converter exists; it would be more helpful if inaccurate information outside their expertise wasn't shared - though, to be clear, advise is not what I was paying for so it would simply have been a bonus if it was correct. All in all, I would definitely recommend Square Cow Movers and would use them again should the occasion arise - though I am never moving again as long as I live.

The guys showed on time. We did a walk through regarding what needed to be moved, no packing and no boxes were moved and then got right to work. The worked the 2nd floor first, and moved several large pieces of furniture, triple dresser and roll top desk. Then moved to the downstairs, discovered that the refrigerator doors needed to be removed prior to getting it out the door, and had a challenge on getting the drum brakes on the washing machine. Did a great job of moving the fountain as it was twisted and didn't really 'fit' on the two wheeler.

We have moved several times and I have NEVER been as impressed as I have been with Square Cow. The team showed up on time, worked carefully and continuously, were polite to a fault, accommodated every extra request cheerfully, and were generally a joy to work with during what is normally a very stressful experience. The office team was professional and provided an estimate quickly. The trucks were clean and safely packed at a speed that was exhausting to watch. Once at the new house, the movers brought a piece of furniture in and actually RAN back to the truck to get more. The seller of the house commented, "Have you ever seen that before? Wow, I'm impressed. I now know who I am using for our move." They accomplished all this for LESS than the estimate. How much more can I say. USE SQUARE COW!

Tyler and Freddie did a great job! They were courteous, professional and very careful with my belongings. I would hire them again.

It was much more than I had expected. They stated the time necessary for my move would be about half of the time I thought it would take. That being said, I have never had movers take as good care of my belongings. They were pleasant and worked hard. A suggestion, asked to be moved early in the morning. They had another move after mine and didn't leave my house until 6:00. That move was scheduled at noon. I would use them again but would ask for more movers or a price for the job instead of per hour.

They were great. Their pricing was pretty fair. They were pretty upfront, and I liked that their terms were pretty clear. We ended up going with the hourly rate and they had given us the ball park hour range, and it was pretty much in there. They were very efficient, and did a great job. They didn't damage anything, and I think they did a great job.

It seemed to go smooth. Until we unpacked. We had multiple items broken. It was a mess. They threw food items such as baking soda and flour into boxes with frames and pictures. It was a floured, broken glass mess. We had coin jars that are still unaccounted for. We are unable to locate many items. They separated and lost particularly important electronic pieces. They were nice and ordered a replacement, but it was too late for the items they broke and the messes we had to clean up. It was a chaotic mess and stressful end to our move. I would not recommend them for packing. They also damaged the door to our move out home. The damage was bad. We had to pay to repair it because it was such a hassle to work with them, we just worked with our realtor to do the repairs. So I am hesitant to recommend them for moving as well.

Arrived on time and prepared to move. Had enough people and equipment to get the job done under time allotted. Communicated well on most issues.

They arrived on time but only two guys, I had asked for three. They more than made that up to us as they really hustled and had the job done in a timely manner.

These guys were outstanding. They called us exactly when they said, and arrived on time. The two movers were friendly and moved very quickly. All of our furniture was properly wrapped, and all doorways padded for safety, so nothing was damaged. When it came to my very large desk, they helped to disassemble it, as did they help with disconnecting and reconnecting the washer and dryer. Overall, they met their time and cost estimates almost exactly. I couldn't be happier with the service and how smoothly the move went.

The movers arrived about 45 minutes after the stated time. They did call to let me know they would be late. All of my belongings in my townhouse were fully packed and clearly marked whether they were going to my new residence or storage. The movers were extremely polite and respectful, but admitted that they had never been responsible for packing the truck. They had been pulled off a job for a multi-million dollar house to do my move because other workers did not show up. There begin the packing and unpacking of the the moving truck numerous times. I did not underestimate the amount I needed to move. The estimated time for the move was 4 hours and ended up being about 9 hours. I only moved 20 miles with a stop at a storage facility around the corner from my new place. The movers managed to break the mirror for my dresser along with denting, dinging, and scratching items too numerous to mention. The movers also managed to crush heavy duty boxes and bins by stacking them incorrectly. Items marked for storage ended up in my new place and vice versa. By the end of the move, I was helping them carry boxes and fold the 100 moving blankets (which obviously didn't prevent the damage) just to get them to leave. And they let me help. I did tip them (generously) even though they drank all of my bottled water and took tons of cigarette breaks since it was an extremely hot day. Every day afterwards, I would find something else that had been damaged in the move. My father and I packed a POD and shipped it 1800 miles and not one thing was broken or damaged. These movers managed couldn't move my belonging 20 miles without causing a ridiculous amount of damage. One of the movers also asked to buy a couch that I had marked for storage. He didn't have enough cash on him and promised to pay me the remainder he owed within a day or so. I never heard from him again. But that is on me. He got a 6 month old $2000 couch for $300. Good for him. I did call the office to voice my concerns over the damaged items, but did not submit the required claims paperwork on time and that is my own fault.

They sent out 2 workers and a truck on time. The workers assisted with disassembling the refrigerator and kitchen island. They were very professional and patient the whole time. Once we got to our new location, they put the items in the correct rooms. All of our belongings made it just fine. They did give us a discount because they put a scratch on the wall moving the fridge, but we said it would have been fine if they did scratch it since the fridge was so big. Overall, this was good experience.

These guys are great! I have had good movers in the past (or so I thought) and I have definitely had bad ones but these guys went above and beyond any experience I have had in the past with movers. They were on time, very polite and professional. They showed me all the costs up front and even though my move was relatively easy (no boxes just furniture items) it did take the amount of time that was quoted me over the phone....approx 4 hours. These guys never stopped moving. They sometimes ran down the storage unit hallway to grab stuff and they never slacked off. Once at our first stop, our rental home, they removed the items going to our next stop, set up the two beds and also helped me fix a dresser that had been damaged by a previous mover. From this location they took out a very heavy, delicate glass bookcase with care and professionalism to be moved to our next stop. I have to admit, that this one piece was probably the main reason I hired these guys. I have read the reviews and also heard from a few friends that this company does exceptional work with delicate, antique pieces. These guys treated all my items with care and respect....from my low end particle board items all the way up to an awkward, 100 pound antique bookcase. Unloading at our next and final stop went just as easy. My bookcase came off the truck in the same condition it went on and they quickly set up the items I needed set up and also helped me arrange the items that are going to be stored in our garage, until our next move. I will call Square Cow again for that move of our entire house. Thanks so much!

Their prices were very reasonable. They were excellent, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The movers arrived early. They were polite and helpful throughout. They did a great and very professional job in getting everything safely to the new house. The move took a bit longer than expected because there was one experienced mover and two novices -- but the reason why it took long was that the experienced mover made sure that the novices handled everything with care. They did a great job, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Initial contact with Square Cow many promises of their professional work on packing and moving skills. I had expressed my concerns on items with special attention and others would be a standard care. Garment boxes expensive clothes thrown in the bottom of the box and printer placed on top. When addressed with company--it is standard practice reply by Square Cow. One of many carless packing. The furniture move. I specifically coached regarding the care and move of some antique furniture past thru my family. One of the most coached furniture and was told, by Square Cow, they would take complete care . This conversation was on move day. The specific piece of furniture was scratched severely and can NEVER be repaired. I wanted to Puke!! In 4 prior moves not one scratch! (one being friends, not "professionals ") every piece of wood furniture, except end table, has a scratches of various degrees. I would not recommend Square Cow..
