Security Consultant Pros

This is a 6 STAR Company! Just moved to the area, and after having our house broken into & suffering thousands of dollars in damages and theft 10 years ago, I immediately went with BRINKs since they were our former company in another state for almost 3 years. What a humongous mistake! Since BRINKs does not have continuous running security cameras, I did a GOOGLE search to find a reputable company to purchase our system from and also install them and I saw that Security Consultant PROs had not only great reviews but their family photo also caught my eye too= to me that was an indicator that they are proud of the value they provide to their community and quite confident in what they do. Within 48 hours of me calling Mary, she & her husband James were at our home doing an assessment of how many cameras we may need and they saw our BRINKS sensors for our windows and doors...to make a long story very short, I have canceled our BRINKS contract because Mary was able to provide a much better product that has better range for a lower price...and her son Jimmy, who is an incredible computer GURU, installed all of them for me! Additionally, the security cameras that I purchased from them and that James and their very agile employee Matt installed last month have incredible capabilities & features that make it easier to see objects both day and night. Rest assured that I shall NEVER recommend BRINKS in the future to anyone ...it took me calling BRINKS 4 times over a 14 day period to get a return label for that is the only way to get a refund from them in a timely fashion; on the 3rd attempt, a BRINKS "customer service rep" laughed at me when I could not get my password or passcode correct=she was SO WRONG in both her verification efforts and attitude! So I urge anyone reading this review to be smart and call Mary for she and her terrific family shall take AWESOME care of you, your family, and your property/valuables for they will save you time, money, and lots of frustration too!

Security Consultant Pros did an amazing job on security cameras at our HOA recreational areas. This company is family owned and very professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

First of all, they were punctual which is important with our busy schedule and I certainly appreciate that. I received a call the day before to confirm our appointment, again that impressed me as well. They had all the equipment on hand. This is key for me because no one had to leave to pick up items or place on back order. Everything I needed was available and installed. The installation was prompt and professional. No upsell or pressure, very courteous and kept my needs in mind as well as my budget. I am so grateful for Security Consultant Pros for they truly are 'pros' at what they do! Mary, the owner is at every install and that speaks volumes --- don't really see this now-a-days TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TOTAL CLIENT SATISFACTION! Their attention to detail and accuracy in installation also is key for I have not had to call them back because something is not right ... this tells me they take pride in their work and integrity is priority and how they operate. I used a competitor in the past it and it was not dependable ... I am very pleased with Security Consultant Pros system and it's dependability. Mary and Jimmy Jr. were on time and had the system set up in no time. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions.

I love this family business. I have used them for both my home and my business. Mary came highly recommended from a friend and now I highly recommend them to others. The business install went smoothly, they were in and out with little distraction from my work. For the home I thought I was "prewired" but turns out the builder only did the bare minimum. No problem for the team. They took the time and provided the parts I needed and stayed late on a Friday to get it all done. I wanted to invite them to stay for dinner.

When they couldn't diagnose the problem remotely, Security Consultants Pro came out right away to assess the situation in person. As always, they were a pleasure to work with, explaining the issue and outlining how it needed to be resolved. They answered all our questions and proceeded to fix the problem. Everything has been working beautifully since!

Service was great and they were friendly and transparent about all the costs and potential issues. Helped demonstrate how to use the system and set up user accounts for my staff. They've been responsive when dealing with broken sensors. They even helped me get out of my previous security system contract that was well overdue. Highly recommend.

Flawlessly. The owner and her son surveyed the house, walked us through all the options and pricing, then we discussed exactly where to mount the motion detectors. Once set-up was complete, the owner walked us through the operation of the system several times to be sure we "got it." We had previously been ADT customers, but were less than satisfied with the reliability and ease of use of their system. The new system has been operational since installation (18 months continuously) without interruption. It's easy to use, so we actually use the system! whenever we leave the house. Mary Smothers and her team were cordial, timely, efficient, and effective in getting our home security to the level we wanted.

Fantastic. They were neat, professional and very, very competent. They provided constant system design updates during a trying 9 month remodel project. They always provided options rather than simply pushing for the most complex and expensive system. Everything they did was with reference to cost/benefit. We would definitely recommend them with no hesitation.

They installed all products on the same day as the consultation and even stayed late to troubleshoot some issues. They wouldn't leave until they were satisfied that everything was fully operational.

Security Consultant Pros were amazing; they showed up ahead of schedule, completed the work in a timely manner, had an exceptional training session with both me and my spouse, and then did a follow up the next week to ensure everything was working as we intended. Could not be happier with their service and professionalism.

This was a great experience. The team worked hard and fast. They were punctual, did what they said they would, respectful, and non-intrusive. They left the house clean and provided a quality service.

They came out and discussed what would be done and what to expect for monthly monitoring. They gave us all our options and we signed up on the spot. The very next day it was installed.
