I can talk with him about what I need him to do and he will tell me if he can and will do it. Prices are always fair. I can honestly recommend him to any one needing odd jobs and/or pest control. Description of Work: I have used the service for several years, for many different types of jobs including pest control - removal of rodents from attic and closure of access, replace rotted wood in various places, drain and refill water heater, small plumbing jobs, repairing wooden fence, tree trimming, install ceiling fans and outdoor lights and kitchen fixture.

+ 3 moreExcellent. I called Wyatt on Mon and he said he could be here on Tuesday afternoon after 3:00. Tuesday around 2:00 he called and said he would not finish current job as planned and he would see me Wednesday after 11:00 a.m. He arrived Wednesday around noon, which worked out fine for me. The fact that he checks in when he cannot make appointment time is very important to me, doesn't leave me wondering about his arrival. He completed the job in a timely manner. He is pleasant and professional.
Description of Work: Replaced wax ring under commode to stop a minor leak.

+ -1 moreHe is my handyman. He has done a little bit of everything. He has done plumbing, tree trimming and carpentry work for me. He does not do painting and heavy plumbing. He has always been very honest. He does good work. He has a young man who does tree trimming. He has sub contractors too. The price is reasonable.
Description of Work: Last time, he did some carpentry work for me. I have been using him for the last 5 years.
