I called for an appointment and David came the next morning. He looked at the place of my concern for termites. He determined that it was just rotting wood. He inspected inside the house and the bathroom right next to the affected area at my request. He told me what to look for and we did not see anything. He looked for tell tail signs on the foundation where it met with wood and told me what we were looking for. There was nothing. He set my mind at ease that I don't have termites. I'm impressed with his honesty. I would recommend David Rangel.

Took care of a few wasp nests we had around our home. Very nice guy, will use again if necessary.

He had the knowledge I guess but I think he did not listen to me like I would have liked him to. I'm a widow with a disability, where he put one of the black boxes has already fallen into the Pond. He said to trust him it was secure. I can no climb down to get it out. I guess it will just sit there until he comes back out.

Mr. Rangel, arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He educated us on our particular issue (rats in the attic). He showed us where they were getting. He gave helpful tips on preventing it in the future. We hired him on the spot. His rates were very reasonable and he did everything he said he would do.he resolved our issue very quickly AND he guarantees his work.
