Description of Work: Our home builder used Protex to install the alarm system in our new home. I called them to add some additional sensors, and to provide the monthly monitoring. The salesman was professional, not pushy. The installation crew was punctual and did a very good job. The alarm system has functioned very well, no false alarm horror stories like I've heard from friends who implemented systems. I've called a couple of times with quesitons and minor service requests, and they have all been handled quickly and efficiently.

It was great. They took the time to explain everything. They cleaned up everything.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system. They will install surround sound in a couple of weeks.
