Paula enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients, whether they come to her first as tenants, as homebuyers, sellers or as investors. Paula takes the time to listen and understand their wants and needs before beginning the process. She gives them the information they need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. Paula’s belief is that knowledge of today’s market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone. She’s wonderfully adept at hearing her clients’ concerns and bringing calmness and when needed, creative problem solving to the process. When she’s not busy with real estate, Paula loves spending time with her family: watching her sons play football, basketball or her daughter doing cart-wheels, drawing or shopping for “shoes”. She enjoys volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, Destination Imagination Team Manager, PTA and Awana Charter Secretary at Church.

Paula is great. She is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The housing market is very crazy right now and she was able to get us in to see houses the day that they hit the market. She is always honest, kind and patient. I would absolutely recommend her.
Description of Work: Paula has been helping us find a rental home in the Cedar Park area.

Contacted Paula Hufford in late Jun regarding lots with acreage. Four different occasions Paula provided list of properties meeting my requirements making adjustments on each search. Paula was thorough and worked with me to understand my needs and desires. Didn't end up purchasing anything at this time due to other financial issues - but will defintiely call Paula back when I start my search again.
Description of Work: Contact Paula Hufford at Carpe Casa Realty to help me find some land with acres outside of the Austin area. She provided multiple searches in different areas as I tried to find the right area. Although I didn't end up buying anything, I would definitely use Paula Hufford again. Oustanding effort and service trying to give me everything I needed.
