ON SITE BLIND CLEANING

It went great!

This is the only vendor I could find in Austin, TX that cleans aluminum mini blinds.

He was wonderful. We will refer him to anyone.

He cleaned the miniblinds throughout the house. He did a beautiful job. The blinds sparkled. He marked each blind so as to get them back where they belonged. The blinds still look great after a year. I would recommend this service to anyone who has blinds.

Excellent service, showed up on time and maintained a very clean area. Did all of the cleaning in a tank in his truck. Professional, personable. We had another dozen or so cloth blinds of different types in our other windows, and after seeing the results of the first 3 blinds, I asked him if he would be interested in doing 8 more. He completed that work off-site for another $300 or so, and re-installed the next day. Mr. Severn has done a great job: We'll finish up the rest of the house with him next month. Highly recommended.

Great! Service was exactly what I expected. Frank arrived on time, and promptly went to work. He worked for about 1.5 - 2 hours; it would've taken me much longer to clean them. My blinds look great! I am happy with the outcome and it was well worth the money. I paid him by check, and he gave me a receipt.

Frank Severn promptly scheduled my work, after explaining the process he uses and detailing his charges. He showed up on time in his truck equipped with ultra-sonic cleaning tanks. All the blinds were cleaned and re-installed within an hour, except for several which were too far gone to clean, requiring replacement or repair. He took them, repaired two and ordered new blinds to replace the ones that could not be repaired. The following week he reinstalled the repaired blinds and installed the new ones. His service charges were very reasonable and the new blinds were less than comparable units from Home Depot. Frank is personable, efficient, professional and I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
