Old Style Roofing

I have already submitted full report. The owner of the company was not punctual. He never kept his appointments. He would also show up when he wasn't scheduled to show up at our house. It took about amonth and a half to actually get him to get a crew to start the work. He was very rude with phone calls. He has a rude receptionist who is also his wife. He did shotty work which was verified by another professional roofer who we had to call to come repair what he did not complete, specifically replace a regual vent with a dryer vent. He kept putting us off and never would come replace the vent, all the while our vent was getting backed up with lint. He also did not paint the protrutsions from the roof to match the shingles. The shingles were not the color we ordered. He did refund our money it took to replace the dryer vent. $275. We are very appreciative for that. The other roofer told us there are exposed nailheads that in the long run will rust with rain and cause the shingles to come looose. So we are looking at having to repair the roof again when this starts happening. We were not pleased at all with this vendor.
