We gave advance in May, got all approvals, this company is scamming customers. They are not able to install my sunroom even after 4 months. No contact, no response to phone, infact blocked our phones. Not replying to any phone calls. Not answering anything concrete on mail. They are behaving very unprofessional. Stay away!!

I met Brandon and Floyd from Nu-View at the Austin home and garden show in late March of 2023. Brandon reached out in early April and we met at my house to go over the project. After talking, they said they could accommodate the 2 things I was looking for, they had worked with my HOA before and they could complete the project by Mid-June. I got my quote mid April and it fit my budget. I signed the contract and gave them the deposit check. Nu-view submitted the project to the HOA for approval and I paid the HOA review fee. A couple days later I got a note from the HOA saying the submitted project did not meet the HOA requirements, they required standing seam metal. I reached out to Floyd who said “ We've run into this just recently in your neighborhood. Seems this is a standard letter from HOA. We will gather additional info and send it.” The next note from Floyd I got is 5 days later and it said “See attached”. Attached was a scan of a book or manual which had been part of the original submission. I asked if this was a standing seam? Floyd said it was not but said they had same issue with another client. I asked that they reach back out to the HOA and address the issue. At this point I let Brandon and Floyd know I was concerned about how things were going and the timing of a Mid-June completion was not looking good. On May 11 Floyd resubmitted the project to the HOA referencing the other customer they had helped before. I waited until May 30th, no calls or email from anyone for almost 3 weeks. At that point I let Brandon and Floyd know that I wanted to cancel the project as I was not certain we would have HOA approval or permits by mid June. I requested they let me know how much of that check they planned on keeping and to send me the balance. 1 day later on May 31 I got the note from the HOA that the project had been not been approved again Floyd contact me and said he could alter the design of the project to include the seam the HOA folks wanted at no additional cost to me. I said I preferred to move on all things considered. Floyd sent me a note on May 31 saying they had submitted for a refund and I would get a check within 30 days. I got the check 6 days later and they had kept 10% of the project cost. The contract does say 10% charge if canceled after 3 days. My advice for anyone who is considering working with Nu-view is to be 100% certain they can get the approvals they say they can before signing the contract or writing the deposit check. It was an expensive lesson for me.

They are easy to work with, competitively priced and the quality of their product is very high.

Excellent. Nu-View did an excellent job 8 years ago so when we wanted an expansion we knew exactly who to call. On time, professional, excellent work.

While our project was delayed a couple of weeks because the company could not get their supply of doors....once the crew did start they were able to do a very nice and professional job in a very quick fashion. They completed our project in about 4hours. So far we love our screened in patio. We have referred Nu-View to our neighborhood.

David showed up on time to give me an estimate. When we agreed on a price, he gave me an approximate date. When it got close to the estimated date, I received a call to set up an appointment. The installer showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after his work and conducted himself as a professional. We've been extremely happy with our screened in patio and only wish we would have done it years ago.

Everything was done on time, with no overruns or other shenanigans. About six months after installation, a small plastic piece which was part of the door closing mechanism broke, and they replaced it immediately free of charge. David Fuller, the owner, is pleasant and easy to work with. We are quite pleased with the results.

Excellent experience! I got two quotes from companies on Angie's list and theirs was about half the cost of other quote we received. They showed up when promised and did a quality job. We were very satisfied and would use them again.

They were very prompt and very nice. But their price was more than we thought it was worth. We went with another provider that gave us exactly what we wanted.

We had some lower estimates but David inspired our trust and we decided to go with him. He doesn't actually do the work but the people who did (Carl & ?) were super courteous. It took them about a week because they came in around noon and left early because they didn't want to be caught in traffic but they did such a great job and paid attention to all the small details. Our deck had a bit of an odd form and Carl came up with the perfect solution to make it work. We love the end result and enjoy it daily. Our only complaints would be that they left the yard covered in tiny metal shavings which are impossible to clean up and makes it dangerous to walk around barefoot, even for the dog. This is an easily solvable problem since all they have to do is lay down a drop cloth under the cutting instrument. Don't know why they don't do so already. The other is that it is almost impossible to get them to come back to correct small defects so make sure you inspect everything before they leave. This is nit-picking though, we love the finished product so much that we would hire them again if somehow we needed something similar done in a new place. We've already recommended them to other people.

Scheduled a time for a estimate a couple of days after I called, agreed to proposal that day. Had to repair some wood damage on patio before screening process. I was pleased with the quality of the work done, and paint matching. Screening part was started a little sooner than expected, which was fine. It took them 1 1/2 days. Very pleased with the quality of the work. Clean-up could have been a little better, as there is quite a bit of metal shavings in the yard from cutting the metal frames. That makes it a little hazardous to walk barefoot in the yard.

It was good! I did not go with them, because I decided that it was not the right option. They were very timely. They came out and gave me a permission concerning the whole process and for what their product was. I got a bid from them within 24 hours after they came out.

David was very courteous and efficient. We discussed various brands of windows and I opted to go with Don Young windows...which I had never heard of before...because they are affordable AND high quality windows. David never tried to push me toward any of the more expensive brands and I am extremely happy with the windows I chose. He took measurements and had the estimate to me in a few days. The windows arrived within a few weeks of placing the order. There was a delay in installation because I was out of town but on my return I called David, set up an appointment and his crew was here within the week. David's crew was extremely courteous and efficient as well. After completing each window they vacuumed the surrounding area and cleaned the windows until they sparkled. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I've not found any leaks (knock wood) and my house is so much quieter with the double paned windows. David and his crew did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend Nu-View. I'm sure their sun rooms are installed just as quickly and painlessly as my windows were.

Overall, the project went great! David was able to meet with us shortly after we contacted him. He was able to meet around our schedule which was extremely helpful. He took time to look at the space with us. He discussed different options and listened to what we were wanting for the space. David came up with a plan and quote at our first meeting. He was able to create a plan to match our vision! We were very pleased with both the plan and the estimate. Within a week the guys were here to demo our deck. They arrived on time and completed the demo in half a day. The concrete crew was scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately we had no idea the house's foundation extended below the deck. This required a change of plans. We had originally thought the screened porch and outside patio portion would be on the same level. With our new discovery this would have to change. David helped recreate a new plan that would work with our unexpected circumstance and kept the project moving. Now the plan was to have a step-down from the screened porch to the outside patio and it looks fantastic. Manual and his crew did an excellent job on the concrete work!. We even got to put our hand prints in the concrete (I highly recommend doing this)! Throughout the process David was checking the work and making sure things proceeded on time. Randy and his crew came to do the framing but the concrete was still green because the weather had not cooperated. Instead of taking a chance, they rescheduled to come back. We were extremely grateful they opted to make sure the job was done correctly! David continued to monitor the progress and if we had concerns/questions would make sure they were answered to our satisfaction. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our screened porch! We have had dinner on our new porch almost every evening since it has been finished! And one of the best parts is it is mosquito-free! I really wish we had done this sooner! We highly recommend David and Nu-View! He and the guys who worked on our project were punctual, professional knowledgeable and extremely good at what they do! Thanks to David and his team (Manuel, Randy and Tim) for creating an amazing space which we will be able to enjoy for years to come!

The process was as simple as calling to set up an appointment, meeting with David to look at the space and come up with a plan. David was able to create an estimate within a few days and work started pretty quickly after we had decided to move ahead with the project. The actual process was extremely quick with the largest amount of time being used to let the concrete set.
