house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe contact named Maria set up appointments with me twice and didn't show up both times. It was extremely frustrating to wait for them and have them not show up at all. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean the house of about 3400 square feet. The lady gave me a quote over the phone and we set up the work for later in the week. On the day of the cleaning, she called and said she will be one hour late. Three hours later, she still didn't show up, so I asked her to come another time. We set up another appointment the next week, and to my shock, she didn't show up again! Now, here I am a week later having to look for another housekeeper.
