+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job at a very fair price. They came out to my home and inspected my old system. They told me that it was very inefficient. I knew that because it was over 22 years old. They had been out before on maintenance calls before so they knew what type of system I had and recommended that I keep it until it stops working. This summer it decided that it was not going to work anymore. I was quoted a price for a new system. They recommended the size and type based on the size of my home. They told me when they would be at my home to install and how long it would take. They came out on that day and completed the work the same day and at the price I was quoted They came on the day they said they would. They were very courteous and showed us how to work the new system. They also told us if there were any problems with the new system to call them. There was a couple questions I had a few days later and they came back out at no charge and answered all my questions and reinspected the new system to make sure it was working properly which it was. I am very satisfied with Landry Service and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new system or need service on old system
Description of Work: I purchased a new air conditioner,coil and heater from Landry Service and had them install They guaranty the system for one year and the manufacturer guarantees the system for 10 years

+ -1 moreA scorching weekend & my a/c stopped working early Sat. evening. Was referred to Landry from another company. Mr. Landry came out early Sun., located the problem, replaced the part & also advised me of a future replacement issue (including an estimate for it). I had no problem with the cost especially since it was weekend & I anticipated it being higher. The system was up & running within an hour. Professional, courteous and I would not hesitate to use again.
