He did a great job repairing my gate and fence . He was thorough and didn't rush through it.

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, had done some of the tear-out ahead of time and made drawings. Some of the work for was outside Louis' normal comfort zone, and he told us so, as well as suggesting reasonable alternatives. We modified our plans based on his input and stuck to a "no changes on-the-fly" agreement. Louis provided a detailed written estimate and work schedule, and tracked the estimate as the work was done. He did tear-out, rough carpentry, drywall and tileboard install, texturing and door installation. The job involved removing two large glued-in mirrors and an existing double sink/base, putting in a support partition, constructing a floating sink base, reframing a wall, custom installing two double doors, installing tileboard for a tub surround, installing and texturing finish drywall in both baths. Louis had to come up with working solutions to several unforseen issues. He was punctual, professional, and cheerful, and did his best to understand what we wanted. In addition, he accommodated a two-week break in the work schedule caused by late delivery of a bathtub. He did require an initial materials draw and weekly labor draws, but finished the project only $20 over estimate, due to our one-and-only change request.

Louis is reliable and professional, and really takes pride in his work- makes sure it's done right the first time. He takes extra time and care to make sure a problem won't recur with the repaired appliance. I really appreciate that!

Purchased a "4 hours for $175" deal through Angie's List. Mr. Huggins contacted me promptly to schedule the work, called right before coming to see if there was anything I was missing to do the work I wanted done (there was, wall anchors), and showed up right on time. His work was meticulous, and he charged me only a nominal amount to stay past the original four hours in order to finish installing the house numbers on the exterior.

Great! He went above and beyond to make sure dishwasher was secure and wouldn't wiggle. Louis carefully examined the job, quoted his price, and worked efficiently, checking with me along the way to make sure that I was happy with his work.

LH Company came in, cleaned up the joints, discovered that all those pretty pitches weren't screwed into place, the drywall was basically hanging on the taped joints. He cleaned it all up, re-textured PERFECTLY, and directed us to what color would match. Matched even better than the sample left by DR Horton!
