Louis was prompt in responding to my initial quote request. His fee for the repair work was very fair. All of the services were completed as promised and on time. Louis is a trustworthy person and I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors. We will use Louis again in the future.

We had originally set up time for a week later than the work was done. I told Louis at the time that if something came open earlier that I would appreciate moving the time up. A few days later I received a call that there was a cancellation and he could be out on Friday. Louis arrived on time and began working on the 1st project. We discussed other projects that I would like done. I spent a lot of time between the house and local big orange box getting supplies for all of the projects I came up with. Wood rot repair on a door & shed, align interior and exterior doors, molding replacement, caulking & sealing holes and expansion joints and a myriad of other lesser jobs. He was fast, efficient and thorough. He did a great job..

First, Louis is a very professional contractor. He arrived on time and is a self starter who works during work hours. He only took calls during his lunch break which he returned from promptly and on time. I had 8 hrs of service and he utilized every minute getting the job done to my satisfaction. I broke the frame of my interior bedroom door when I could not find the key. Louis fixed it and you can not tell that it was ever broken. I know why he received Super Service Award in 2016 because he always checks in with the customer to make sure that they are satisfied and he will let you know if he feels that something is outside his scope of practice. He made sure to put down covering to protect my floors even though my son had not vacuumed, Lol. He used protective plastic while painting. I will definitely use him for any upcoming projects and highly recommend him for your Honey-Do List.

The closet job did not go well. I had to hire another handyman to remove all of the shelving and redo the job because all of the shelves on both levels were screwed on upside down. The trim pieces that go around the edge were upside down, and the shelves were attached to the metal brackets that held the shelves and the closet rods. I ended up paying twice what it should have cost, and a job that should have taken a day took a month to complete. He did not finish the caulking and trim job; he left early when it was not complete.

Louis was on time, friendly, and professional. He checked with me throughout his repairs to make sure everything was the way we wanted. He was careful to protect floors and surfaces from his ladder and tools. I would definitely hire him again.
