Description of Work: We have used L H Company before. We had a number of small jobs queued up and had no concerns about calling them again. The job list included an adjustment to the front door lock, to replace a wall mounted hose reel and look at two small appliance issues.

Description of Work: I had bought a $295 Angie's Deal Price for 8 hrs work with LH Company. I requested twice that he contact me by phone to set up an appointment and discuss the work in advance. I have never heard from them and that has been since Tues, 4 days ago. This shows they have too much business already to take on new jobs and can't follow instructions. I am CANCELING THIS JOB WITH L H COMPANY and hopefully get my refund of $295. I wrote to Angie's Customer service team 3 days ago explaining this issue and have yet to hear back from them as well. This is my first time and last time trying Angie's list and LH Company.

Description of Work: Repaired a shelf, repaired a cabinet, installed a toilet seat, installed a wall mount for a television. Mr. Huggins was very prompt, professional and courteous. He worked quickly and had me look at the work to make sure it was done as I wanted which it was. Mr. Huggins is the best handyman that I have hired and I do plan to use him again soon.
