I thought that they did a good job and left it clean. I thought that it was a bit expensive, but otherwise, I would have a really good recommendation. The workers were fine. They were nice young men and very friendly and I had no complications. I would use them again if I really had a big and nasty job.

I called Mark shortly after 1pm and he was at our home within an hour. He looked at the project and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote. They went to work and the job was completed by 6pm. The entire site was completely free of debris. They were very professional, polite and did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend Haul Guys!!

Contacted him by email, answered my question quickly and was available on the day we need the stuff picked up. Also said he would donate what could be donated instead of just taking it to the dump.

Called in the morning and Mark called me right back. He was able to pick up the items that afternoon and even took a few extra. I definitely would use them again.

Within a day of e-mailing for the junk removal services, I was contacted by Mark and an appointment was made with the "Haul Guys". First- Despite a severe rain and thunderstorm in Austin City, Mark did not cancel and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Second- Mark performed an excellent clean up of the yard debris even though he was thoroughly drenched in the rainstrom. Mark has a very cheerful, outgoing personality too! I am so impressed by Mark's work ethic.

I called Haul Guys in the morning and Mark and Roger arrived at the scheduled time later that day, loaded everything I asked them to remove, and swept up the cleared areas. Great job.

It was the very best customer service experience I have ever had, seriously, from start to finish. Not only did they do what I asked for, but went the extra mile, cleaning up weeds and then after dumping soil from all the old plant containers, they proceeded to spread all the soil out onto the grassy areas! Mark was kind and professional on the phone in the beginning, and throughout, as was his employee Robert. They were remarkably clean (just coming from another bigger job) and in uniform, and Mark remembered everything I had told him on the estimate visit - yes, he came out same day to provide the estimate. They even knew how to handle my cocker spaniel! And I must add, we are on a corner lot, so the backyard is quite large, and the cinder blocks were plentiful. These guys moved fast, with a wheelbarrow each, never dropping anything! Wow! After doing all of that, they went back out into the yard, and picked up all that was left, placing my beloved ceramic pots carefully onto my patio "for safety." I was so impressed that I tried to give Mark an extra tip, which he adamently refused. I have already set him up to aid my brother-in-law; Haul Guys will be taking care of leftover garage sale items and trash after a big move. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

great - they charged what they said that they would on the telephone, they came exactly when they said they would - they were clean and polite and worked fast.I was very pleased with the choice I had made to have them do this service.

I emailed Sunday night, Mark called Monday morning, came and picked it up by 11:00 am. And they cleaned up the space after they moved it out. Awesome!
