They removed a Hot Tub in a tight space surrounded by gardens.They were very careful not to disrupt any of the plants which was surprising. They also cleaned up the area where the tub had been. They responded very quickly to my call and were there the day that they said they would be. They were very polite and I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely use these guys again and will recommend them to friends. Communication was easy and professional, they showed up when they said they would, and they left the site VERY clean -- they even came in with a rake afterwards to catch every last piece of a junk pile that had been growing for years. Friendly, professional demeanor.

phoned, was told they might be able to do it the next morning and would call and let me know. He did call that evening and give a time they should be there the next day. Called when they were on the way, approx the time they had given. Loaded up all debris, raked.

Showed up the day after I called and cleared out a house full of trash on a foreclosure I purchased in just a couple of hours. EXCELLENT service at a fair price!

I called and within an hour they were at my door with an estimate. I accepted the price of $175.00 and they started to work. They removed everything and cleaned up the area. This included all the leaves that had fallen on top of the trampoline. They said they finished faster than they thought and I only had to pay $150.00. I would recommend them to anyone.

I haven't actually hired them as of yet, however I attend to in the future. I did talk to a representative who was professional and reasonable as far as prices, etc. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I called Haul Guys around 10am they showed up around 4:30 that afternoon. I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Even though I had forgotten a few items that needed to be removed when I called for an estimate, Haul Guys honored the quote! Overall an efficient, professional group.

The two gentlemen from Haul Guys were punctual and very polite. They took a bunch of stuff from several locations on the property and even picked up tiny pieces. Called and scheduled. They arrived on time. Took pictures of everything to be removed for quality assurance. I left for work. When I came home everything was done exactly as agreed. They cleaned up perfectly. I will be hiring them again. Viva Angies List!

Called to have the company remove several items from a home I'm renovating. They showed up after I got off work (which I really appreciated), were polite and worked quickly. The price they quoted me was much lower than I would have imagined considering my trash pile was rather large. They even raked over and cleaned the area of debris that was there when I bought the property. I will use this company again throughout my renovation process.

Came as scheduled, did the work well and quickly, and cleaned up after. Very satisfied.

The two Haul Guys arrived on time, took a look at the amount of material, and gave me an estimate of $150. I think the total amount of trash would have filled up 1.5 pick up trucks. I thought the estimate was a bit high, but I really needed to get rid of it so I approved the work. They did a great job of picking up all the material and loading it into their truck and trailer. It took them about 30 minutes to finish. They even brought rakes and brooms to make sure every bit of the trash was removed and left the area completely clean. They were very professional and courteous. Haul Guys provides a valuable service to those of us who don't have a truck and aren't capable of removing large amounts of trash.

Great experience! Prompt, clean, didn't leave a mess, polite, and honest. I really liked these guys. Also, they even charged me $25 less than initially quoted. Pretty amazing.

Haul Guys were easy to schedule with, showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked very quickly to get all my junk into their truck. I felt their prices were pretty good, even though I have nothing to compare to. Overall they were great and I'll be using them again in the future.

At 1:00 on a Friday afternoon I got a call that one of my tenants had on moving out left behind furniture, trash etc. and that there was an exterminator coming at 4:00 pm. A real estate closing had just been completed. I called Haul Guys and it was just my lucky day that they were able to come out in 30 minutes. The hauler was very helpful, going above and beyond to get all the stuff out that I wanted out. I was able to use the opportunity to completely get all junk, boards, concrete pieces and the furniture and trash left behind entirely cleaned out. Even junk that had been there for some time that hadn't been dealt with. I gladly paid for the more or less instant service which was what I needed and I very much appreciated being able to do a thorough cleaning while it was all loaded.

Great definately will use them again.

When I initially contacted them it took them awhile to get back to me. It was around the holiday and I am sure they were busy. At first I was a little weary about that. The job they did was really good. When they said they were going to do something, they did it and followed up. Even when I wasn't able to be there to show them what needed to done, he did it. He came by on Christmas Eve with his truck due to miss communication on my part. He said no problem and gave me an estimate and came back to do the job. He was very available. They got everything done in a very short amount of time. He let me put extra stuff in the truck as well from cleaning up my garage. It was everything we agreed upon.

I call on Friday, February 17, 2012, and talked with Mark. He came out the same afternoon, looked over what i needed taken away, and gave me a quote which I accepted. His quote included removing three posts embedded in concrete which was a great help to me. Even though it was short notice (I had friends coming in from Houston the next day), Mark agreed to have the work done prior to their arrival and certainly delivered on his promise. The two young men who performed the work were very personable and did an excellent job, particularly since it was a rainy day. After loading the flatbed and the truck, they did their best to clean off the driveway and leave everything looking neat. I need to emphasize that this job, in my opinion, was a lot. One corner of my yard (approx 10 x 15 was full almost to fence line and included a disassembled 8 x 10 storage shed. The scrap lumber was in another pile in the yard. I was very happy with the work and the price. I had contacted one other firm for a quote; however, they did not want to come out and look at the project. They would provide a firm quote based on pictures I was to send. The estimated cost they did provide for significantly in excess of the Haul Guys quote.

We were getting ready to show our home and they just took stuff away that we didn’t need any more. They were on time and they came ready to do whatever needed to be done. They did everything quickly and cleaned up. They spilled some stuff on the grass and they cleaned that too. They were very good and I would hire them again. They were less expensive than other junk masters or a couple of other companies that we've used in the past. The workers were very pleasant and very professional.

They were fantastic. They reduced the price once they saw what I have, from what they quoted me. So, they were terrific. They cleaned up. They swept. They did things that surprised me and that were not part of the deal. They were great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
