Cliff has been amazing! I have gotten to know him well and I am very thankful! I first met him when he helped my father buy his home about 6 years ago. I remembered the quality of service that Cliff provided to my father, so without any hesitation I reached out to Cliff for assistance with buying my very first home. Cliff was AMAZING then and was just as AMAZING when he helped me sell that home and buy a new construction home. Buying a new construction home has been very challenging, but Cliff is very knowledgeable and has fought to the very end. My best interest was always priority. He spent a WHOLE day trying to make sure that my new home was ready for the final walk-through, so I wouldn't have delay closing once a again. I have always been treated as if I was his only client. Please believe me when I say you want Cliff by your side when you sell or purchase your home, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing! Cliff is everything he promises and move. He explained everything thoroughly. Gave us a list of things to fix in the house. He had a contract on our house in “1” day and sold for what he asked for which was more than what we thought we would get for the house.

Everything went very smoothly, thanks to Cliff Hahn, he could not have done more for us. He advised us with out influencing our decisions. Having to do all that is required long distance was made so much easier with his help. He checked with us regularly to make sure were doing alright and getting all the paperwork from the mortgage broker, getting it faxed off on time, and asking if we had any questions regarding the whole process, which can be very stressful as many people know. We consider ourselves lucky that we found Cliff Hahn.
Description of Work: Cliff Hahn aided us in finding and buying a home in Taylor, Texas, we live in El Paso, Tex. On a daily basis Cliff sent us notices of houses that met our requirements, when our price point was too low and would not be an option, he made us aware of this and we adjusted our thinking in that regard. Cliff made appointments to view all the houses all in one day, which worked out well. He picked up on things negative & positive in all the houses, only to help us make a decision, in no way trying to influence us. Once we had made a decision, he contacted the listing agent with our offer, which was accepted. We were also provided by him a list of home inspectors to choose from, we made an appointment and had Cliff with us during the inspection, which helped us when we got a preliminary report. During the finalizing of the mortgage,Cliff kept in touch, always answering any of our questions, and staying in contact with the mortgage broker. Since we closed on the house, Cliff has checked on our house inside & out & inspected it once we turned the utilities back on, he also put us in touch with a gentleman who checks the grass & cuts it if needed to keep the property up to HOA standards until we get there in a few weeks.

Overall it went well. I have nothing to negative.He knows what he is doing and does it well.
Description of Work: Cliff was very pleasant to work with. Always on time and did beyond what he said he was going to do. He did all the calling and running around and gave beyond what I think he was obligated to do. My husband and I enjoyed working with him. He helped us locate the houses we wanted to look at not what he thought we wanted. Refered us to the best financing company that did all the work in no time - we were approved and able to move on time. Kept us updated on the process and gave us valuable pointers.
